Ingredients: 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 cup frozen berries. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1/2 cup spinach leaves. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Cut the ripe banana into slices. Put the Greek yogurt, honey, banana, and almond milk in a blender. On high, blend until it's smooth and creamy. Put the spinach leaves, frozen berries, and chia seeds in the blender. Once more, blend until all the ingredients are well mixed and there are no more lumps. You can add a few ice cubes and blend the smoothie until it has the consistency you like. Put the smooth smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
