Massive stars, at the end of their lives, go super-fucking-nova and as dazzling as the explosion is, it's also fleeting.
Fleeting.
Like that flower you got on Valentine's day.
Fleeting.
Like plenty of our thoughts and feelings.
Fleeting.
Like our time here on earth.
People often get sad about how fleeting things are, me included, but one random YouTube video taught me a superpower, "Fleeting things aren't meant to stay forever. They're meant to be enjoyed in the now. They're meant to teach you to value the present. To be present." and that made a big difference as to how I view life in general.
Last February 23, us CrowdChem Trio and Roswell went to SM MOA to enjoy a fireworks competition and the presenters didn't disappoint. I used to hate how fireworks can be fleeting. Now I'm just happy I got to witness something so lovely.
