'Slurpy'
[C64] [SWEDEN] [MAGAZINE] [1984]
"I think this game's great. There are remnants of other hit games in there, but the overall theme is different enough not to be called a rip-off. The game uses joystick control, but I found it hard to control Slurpy at times. With perseverance, though, I managed to reach screen five. Slurpy is from Creative Sparks, the new software division of Thorn EMI. This makes you feel more like you're buying a computer game and less like you're getting a fridge or dishwasher." ~Computer and Video Games (June 1984, #32)

I have been playing Undertale Yellow for my YT channel lately so naturally I have tried to make fanart (I do not usually draw) so take this.
Also my YouTube channel with the series can be found here:
I play games sometimes
When I originally heard the prompt “snail soup” I had noooo idea what I would come up with. But I’m happy with this.

Auerbach's figures
Frank Auerbach, "Seated Figure with Hands Raised" 1973, Oil on board, 41.2cms x 41.2cms.
Frank Auerbach, "Figure Seated on Bed II" 1969, Oil on board, 30.8 x 30.6 cms
Auerbach heaves, jabs, pushes & pulls the paint to give us the essence of the figure. There is so little to see in these small economical paintings, yet we are looking at the whole world- a lifetime of experience condensed into a few pulsating murky strokes.
One wonders at what must have been left discarded on the studio floor- what was pulled away, wiped off in the process of creating these works. The preliminary sketches, the knowledge that was sought in the creating of this experience.
Auerbach is trying to touch space.
