51: Do you tend to hold grudges against people who have done you wrong?
“Depends. I tend to not care that much if it’s people I don’t know. I hold grudges for longer if I do know them, I dunno why, seems like it should be the other way around. But I don’t hold them for very long, it’s fairly easy to get back on my good side.”
90: One night you wake up because you heard a noise. You turn on the light to find that you are surrounded by MUMMIES. The mummies aren’t really doing anything, they’re just standing around your bed. What do you do?
“Uuhh… I dunno. Acid them back to death, then go back to sleep?”
93: You can erase any horrible experience from your past. What will it be?
“Either what happened to Felicity or what happened to Spencer. They were both really horrible experiences, and I blame myself for both of them.”
97: Have you ever thrown up in the car?
“... of course I fucking got this one. Yes, I have, I’ve done that just about anywhere, before I could control my ability properly. Thankfully, it was just in the Volkswagon I had at the time, not my Chevy or anything. I would have jumped in a fucking wood chipper if I ruined that one.”
Tony Stark
tony stark—what’s your saddest memory? how do you cope with it?
“Seeing my friend Byron getting killed in front of me.
He was a mutant, but his mutation didn’t activate before later in his life, about the age of 18. When it did… my friends and I stopped being friends with him, because we were fucking shits at that point, anti-mutants and all that.
He was beaten and killed by some assholes, and we happened to see it happen. I lost my shit and attacked them with my acid. No clue if they died or not, I don’t care. That’s how my friends found out I was a mutant as well, and I wish I had admitted it when Byron’s mutation activated. Maybe he’d still be alive, I dunno. But I still feel like it’s my fault he died.
I… try my best to fight for rights for mutants, like Byron did. He deserved better, I wish he had had those rights back then.”
