Charlie is a walking encyclopedia. He reads books like most people eat food and his vast musical knowledge across many genres is really impressive. And he’s also kind and compassionate, so being around him is always a pleasure. Sometime in 2015, I discovered his band, Slowcode, and we became friends soon after. Whenever Slowcode played, Charlie always went all out and would be a sweaty mess by the end. He recently started playing music again with some friends so watch for developments on that.
