there's a lot of sloes in the hedgerow nearby and the classic use for them is sloe gin, but also I have a cupboard full of fruity liqueurs I don't drink. so I put on my thinking cap briefly and was like INFUSED HONEY. SLOE HONEY AS A DELICIOUS WINTER BEVERAGE.
