Good evening COAD, this is not PCU related but after reading your info on Grim Dawn I wanted to give a small shout out to a team of resistance that is forming within Duskwood RP against the powergaming of the Grim Dawn who have forced their headcanon on to the zone as of late. I am a casual Duskwood roleplayer for many years but see a lot from the side lines especially around Darkshire. Grim Dawn have been trying to force their own IC council "laws" on everyone as of late but it seems that people are starting to stand up and fight back and restore the RP in accordance to the real in-game lore.
I won't name names or guilds as I know that the GD have a habit of forcefully trying to ruin others roleplay and obvious lore-breaking but I wish these guilds the best and I hope that they can restore an RP community to Duskwood that doesn't enforce headcanon or in any way ties back to the terrors of the GD.
Any concerted effort at opposing Grim Dawn is always supported here at CoAD. Curate your experiences and isolate the Grim Dawn out of RP you do not want to be involved with them. Like all spineless bullies Sloppy Slock will cower back and retreat if there is enough of a consistent push back against his guild.
We encourage anyone involved in the Duskwood scene who are not happy with the Grim Dawn bullying and harassing tactics to come and share their experiences (in full confidence) so we can better inform the wider community and make it clear that those who support racist, bigoted and sexist views are not welcome.

People are of course free to associate whatever reaction they wish to those who are tied to a name that is well known for causing abuse and trouble. It is good that you have distanced yourself from Slock and we encourage anyone who does have ties to such a toxic personality to do so as well.
As for naming other guilds and people, the 'he said she said' move is really only going to be applicable if we can see evidence of this. Once again if you have the evidence of connections for Argent Dawn's notoriously putrid players being about, send your receipts to us! Your anonymity is always assured.
I've heard that Grim Dawn rebranded and is going by the guild name Fenris (Fenrir?) Association now, or something along those lines.
Do you know something about that?

(2) I told him that me and my friends wanted no part on it and were doing our own thing. He became more hostile then and said former PCU members who couldn't or refused to adapt after the collapse of the PCU would be pariahs on the server. I more or less told him to piss off at this point and he said I could have been part of something great. We'd rather be pariahs than submit to another parasitic group. Smells like a new Slock/DiCU power grab that is looking to integrate PCU remnants.
Usually when it comes to Slock et al they are as about as serious as a paper tiger, they are a laughing stock of the server and have been for quite some time now. The only people who are unfortunately cowed and intimidated by them are those who have not been exposed to how absurd they are. We do encourage any and all readers to share with those who may feel intimidated or enamored by Slock and Co to read through the extensive material we have had graciously donated to us by our eagle eyed and committed players.
The DiCU cabal have tried for literally over a decade and a half now at trying to control what others do in their RP with all these obtuse headcanon 'law books' 'decrees' and other nonsensical pseudo-legalese sounding trite (Its what happens when your main man Didonus claims to be a lawyer, what a thing to be proud of). Despite multiple attempts at large scale sabotage, all they have managed to do is sour a number of otherwise high potential but low yield RP niches, namely those of law enforcement, criminal activity and chiefly nobility rp.
