Been watching all 70.5* runs of Slime trying to beat hardcore minecraft and I think it is generational. Like I know he has a creative writing degree and is just being goofy but something about the world building he does on mainly his last run that all his other runs feed into is so peak. Started offering diamonds to the ancestors a while ago and now its tradition building up to the crash that duplicated a diamond and led him to the fortress. The turtle ancestors at the start. It all just puts thoughts into my head of just how cool minecraft is when you make a story of it, even if its silly. I like to think the ancestors are all his past lives all building up to this run.
