oh awesome, that's great to hear!! some additional notes just fyi:
blowback: the first season (iraq war) is ngl a little flippant and jokey considering the subject matter and that the hosts are two white americans, but the later seasons (cuban revolution, korean war, afghanistan, cambodia, angola) are much better and there are more guests. very well researched.
80 days: an exploration podcast - hosted by three white irish guys, overall pretty respectful tone, episodes i liked in particular were isle of man, turkmenistan, the gambia, and lesotho
beyond huaxia - chinese history podcast by justin jacobs, a history professor at american university. it does take a typical US view of 20th century events (basically not that left lol) but i like the way he groups topics (e.g. there are eps titled East Asian Languages, Islam in China, Chinese Women and the Family etc) and it's overall very engaging and a good overview (fwiw i'm chinese)
introduction to political economy - hosted by noaman g. ali, a lahore university professor. every ep after the first two has different guests, mostly scholars with a few activists. i particularly liked the episodes with utsa patnaik and the one on carbon trading
