I can't really imagine how Sukpatch "Lite Hits" was welcomed in the early 1990s. Really, this sounds like an LP that arrived about 30 years too early. Today, this would fit nicely next to releases from either Mo Troper (listen to those vocals) or Cindy Lee. Some of the beats make me think of The Go! Team.
According to the Bandcamp page, Sukpatch (Minneapolis) and bands like The Ah Club and Land of the Loops were almost interchangeable. Originally released as a cassette on Slabco, this is being released on vinyl by Concentric Circles (Portland) who previously brought us Sternpost and Moonlove.
