The Dwemer Museum was Master Calcemo's pride and joy, a vast collection of artifacts he and his nephew, Aicantar, had worked diligently to assemble long before Sypha had joined them in their cause and excavations. By that time, it had truly felt as though there was nothing left to do except help fill the brass display cases as much as they could with excavations and artifacts bit by bit until an epiphany came to them: what was a museum without a library? It had been roughly two years since that revelation had been made and a quiet wing of the museum was cordoned off for Sypha's ambitions. The first entries seemed obvious: Calcemo had several books he'd written, so the series Dwarves came first, then a draft of his Falmer book, followed by anything Sypha could find. Books about the Dwemer weren't easy to come across, but after two years of assiduous work and some of their own work and the shelves were filled slowly but surely.

Enough that, on the day of the Museum's debut, they had a library to go along with it.

That day, Master Calcemo had been scheduled to perform a series of lectures at the College of Winterhold. However prolific he was in the anthropology of the Dwemer, he was foremost the Jarl Igmund's head wizard and a gifted sorcerer. While Aicantar journeyed with his aging uncle, Sypha had been left behind to curate the museum while excavations had been temporarily suspended. Huffing their way through the city's labyrinth of stairways, having just briefly left the museum unattended, they were surprised to see someone already in the library. Navigating around the display cases, they studied the stranger from afar with growing interest.

It wasn't every day the museum bought new faces to its doors.
