The brilliant Hannah of Pretty Good Larps did it again, and, dare I say, even better? "2 Dead 2 Furious", a Locked Tomb larp taking"Harrow the Ninth" as a starting/inspiration point, was exactly the brutal amount of mindfuckery and tragedy and drama and wtf-ery I was suspecting, except more. Consider this, then, TLT fanart, and an expression of absolute love in getting to step into that world.

Is this really how it happens?

Realised I never posted this shot from me cosplaying our favourite Griddle, together with Darkesttears as my marchioness of bones, at a Halloween event in October 2024. The ridiculous red hair was doing it's very own thing within minutes of me stepping away from the mirror after styling it...

You can't spell "looking completely badass" without "Gideon Nav of the Ninth House" in it. Or so I heard.

Intentionally sloppy makeup on throat, ears painted black* too, stray piece of hair doing its own thing, "...shit what do I have that I could wear on my left arm?!?", feeling like absolutely exhilarated because holy Jod I'm being Gideon, thinking about "how would Gideon want to look in idol photos of herself" to get the right look... but at the same time, feeling that insecurity she's so desperately fighting (she's 18! never been off-planet! interacted much with non-shadow cultists!) and trying to hide behind the Ninthness. There were some photos where these latter things showed through too much, they have not been saved for posterity...

My Harrowhark is Darkesttears. There will be more, because we absolutely cannot let these two robe-clad Ninth House douchebags be a thing of the past, and both of us want to adjust and improve our stuff.
