Found out today that you can play skiprope with a Bulbasaur's vines in Pokopia, and that's especially nostalgic to me because of something that happened at Anime North (a convention) when I was a teenager: there was a delay in letting people into the building where many panels and the masquerade hall were held. The line to enter stretched far outside the building, and people were told the wait would be long. Seeing the bored crowd, I, with my shiny bulbasaur gijinka cosplay styled after a hiker with a bundle of vines in the place of a bundle of rope, offered it as an ultra long skiprope for everyone. And so, with someone holding the vine at each end, we played. People warmed up their bodies in the chilly air while the crowd counted the number of jumps. It was a blast!
