Honestly made my day! 🫶

See these pictures? See this smile of mine? This is because I’m proud to support such an honest, hard-working, awesome, self-determined, and sweet guy like Manuel. I started to cheer for him 5 years ago and in a time where I was at the lowest point in my life, Manuel was the only reason I would put a smile on my face. When I went to Planica three years ago, I could never imagine I would be able to meet him there, It still happened and I freaking smiled like an idiot for the rest of the week. Two years have passed between these photos and meanwhile I was able to lose 16 kg, which is thanks to my self-discipline to work towards a goal I would set myself.  The picture on the right is from 2019. It was taken in Innsbruck during a meet and greet. Again, I was extremely happy to see him again. And again I smiled like a creep for the rest of the day. It truly hurts to see the way he is treated within the ÖSV. I get the point that if you want to be in the A-Team you have to work hard and reach suitable results, but how in hell is he supposed to do that when he gets kicked out of ALL teams possible???? How is that a fair treatment??? Aside from that, no one seems to consider the fact that Manuel was sick during the last season, and oh holy lord, he really looked like a walking skeleton. Instead of taking this into account he gets kicked out of every team, while someone who has constantly been out of shape for the past 2 seasons is kept in the national team. However, I will continue to support my favourite until the end, because I’m sooooo proud of him and all his achievements. <3 There will never be someone like him.
