Since i am starting to enjoy doukaza even if i sweared to be the 1 hater of it.....i wanted some headcanons or a fanfic so i will ask my fav don slayer blog account (you) to please please please please write some shit when Douma cant understand feelings so he just say the most lovely things and romantic shit to akaza without thinking too much abt it while Akaza is flustred or smth like that.
douma most DEFINITELY says things straight out of a fucking romance novel with much nonchalance and akaza almost always ends up a silly tomato mess
i think douma just reads a couple books to get the general gist of things and then skips off to tell akaza
he’s all stupid smiles as he bounds over and all but proclaims his love for akaza — he’ll probably do this in front of the other uppermoons too lol

SHE MET SCOTT FIRST. and that changed everything. love didn’t save her, but love made her choose lydia, choose scott, choose to protect those who cannot protect themselves. she took that on as HER responsibility even though she didn’t have to. she could have ended gerard’s clan by asking her father to give up the cause entirely— and i believe he would have. but she DIDN’T. allison argent saw her flawed, imperfect family and their collective history, of violence and fear-mongering, and said i cannot change the past but i will choose to do what’s right, and follow scott; we will have a new code. she did that. and then she died. at seventeen. even after making her own choice: to help others, and inspiring them to also do the right thing— she died. isn’t that tragic? i just think we should celebrate her more
