it came to my attention i dont think i have officially posted skateman yet so here he is. my very serious very evil bnha villain oc, Skateman (or skate man if you prefer) hes like, 19 and in college and his villainy is somefuckinghow a secret. (also all he really does is just use his quirk in public but sometimes he starts riots and hops into hero fights and shit idk all he wants to do is skate around and laugh, how bad he be)
his quirk is called the power of music and basically, if he sings a song he can gain control over people and sometimes the environment. by creating a scene he can use lyrics as commands, in a way. his level of control is more along the lines of mob mentality as opposed to brainwashing.
he skates everywhere.
