Skateable architecture. Everywhere I go, every new city, old city, doesn’t really matter, I’m just looking for spots that I could skate or that could be skated. Thats a huge part of street skating. Just like when you spot a perfect spot for a photo, these spots can feel like the holy grail. This week this is what I highlighted in my photos. The last photo is my absolute favourite spot in Windsor. The lighting at night is natural and could create an amazing part in a skate video. Its been skated by others and the skate guards were removed from it to make it skateable. In the image above that one, you can see the guards I’m talking about. Architects make it so skaters can’t skate spots, and are told to do so by cities. This is why skaters must find their own street spots and use the environment to the best of their ability.
