Structure Fire - Los Encinos Avenue by smokeshowing Via Flickr: On Thursday, January 30, 2014, at 1101 hours, San José Fire Fighters responded to reports of a mobile home fire inside the Westwinds Mobile Home Park in north San José. The first unit on scene, Engine Company 25, reported heavy brown smoke showing from the coach. The crew immediately initiated offensive operations stretching an attack line to the interior and knocking down the majority of the fire. During extinguishment the crew discovered one occupant with no vital signs. CPR was started and a pulse established. The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. An additional search led to the discovery of an unresponsive dog in the kitchen of the structure.
