In Frame: "PRAWNS KOLIWADA" by Chef Vicky Sinha This dish comes from the coastal region of western India, Prawn Koliwada originated from the Sion fishing village or 'koliwada' in Mumbai. A spicy to medium spicy recipe which is perfect to get your tastebuds going at start off a meal. Prawns is marinated in spices, aromatic seasonings, gram flour, lemon juice etc and to get more crunchy texture rice flour is also added, then it is deep fried till it has crunchy texture, and is juicy from inside, then at the end some chaat masala is sprinkled from top.
