Before working with a personal trainer, I had No Idea what the heck I was doing in the weight room. I bravely scheduled my first session with Matt Grayson @theno.excuse.trainer about 2.5 years ago. Everything changed after that. My body started to transform in a way I had never experienced when I started strength training. I noticed an increase in metabolism and overall better mood.
