I figured it’s time for another creative review of a new fun favorite book of mine, The Lady Rogue!! I had heard a lot about this book before it came out and when I saw how beautiful the cover was I knew I had to have it!! I have to say the inside is probably even more amazing than the cover!!! I devoured this adventurous story and fell in love with the main character Theo!! She is 100% me...obsessed with books and history, has a wild adventurous side and may be just a tad clumsy!! Did I mention the handsome Irish man with a beautiful accent or at least in my head it was!! The Lady Rogue tells the story of Theo and her childhood best friend/maybe more, Huck, who take off on a daring adventure across Transylvania tracking her father who has gone missing. They run into all sorts of trouble but find out some very interesting facts about Vlad Dracula and his supposedly all powerful ring. I love that this story had little folklores and other fun historical facts spread within the story. I was hooked from the first page to the last!! And while I’m pretty sure it’s a stand alone...the author does leave it open for more books in the future!!!
