#tbt to a few weeks ago. I’ve book slumped myself and I knew this would happen! I’ve been trying to catch up with the books I’ve received and reviewing my netgalleys so reading has felt more like work than ever before! . But I know if I finish reading then I can spend my time carefully choosing books and reviewing them and not feeling overwhelmed with guilt for not reading. Have you ever felt this way? . Brand new year and already down one book! I might have cheated a little with reading a super compelling one, but I can’t help if I love a book and time isn’t a concept I understand. I’ve already written up my review of it, so definitely check it out it while I sip my second cup of coffee for the day. . One of my biggest resolutions this year is to read from my TBR. This means no more buying books or borrowing books until I’ve read all the great books I’ve been collecting over the years. Of course I’ll be reading galleys and arcs of books I’m reviewing, but I can’t justify another book purchase. If anything, I’m considering selling my books.
