Has Tumblr been eating anyone else’s posts, or at least removing them from the dash? I posted something, twice, and got a comment or two before it disappeared. I can still see it on my page, but it seems to be effectively invisible to others now. Maybe it’s viewable on my page? Anyway, I’ll try again in the morning.

Okay, so. Here's the thing. I love the idea of having a simblr, sharing my son's and my stories, meeting a new community. But I am TERRIFIED. So, I see all these other simblrs with thousands of followers who like... Take so much time and care editing their screenshots so the colors are so beautiful, or have reshades loaded into their games, and I'm here like... Am I good enough? Not because I don't have as many followers as other bligs, but just because like... Editing my screenshots isn't SUPER important to me, unless the color is super fucked up. And I'm not good at writing ANYWAY. Like... Is that okay? Does that make me a bad simblr person? Are there rules? Can someone please educate me?
And like... I'm not trying to hate on anyone, I'm just saying. Like...I so much admire the people who edit their screenshots and can make them look so beautiful. Like.....100/10 for you guys, honestly. I just need a little like...I guess assurance that the way I want to do this is okay?
Also like.... WHAT THE FUCK KIND OF TAGS DO I USE?! Like, I'm fully aware that people aren't seeing my content because I'm probably not tagging things properly. Someone educate me. Please.
And like... Fucking shout-out to fucking @normanroyalfamily for following me? Like...honestly, that was such an amazing thing to see that someone was interested in something I posted. I was genuinely excited about that, and that follow was 10/10 for my self esteem when I saw it. ❤️❤️
I’m going to re-post that post I’ve been having trouble with, so I apologize in advance to anyone who has seen it multiple times. I would like it to be visible on the dash in more or less the way I wanted it to, so I’m going to try a slightly different format, with the images not embedded in the text, and with no more than 10 images (it originally had 11--possibly too many?), to see if that helps. Thanks for your patience!
So I checked the one flagged post that I asked them to review, and now it's fine, but it also seems like every (edit: most--I found a couple) of my previously flagged post have the flags removed as well. How odd. Hopefully, that's a good sign.

I can't get that best of tumblr app to work for me, and for once I was mostly in agreement with the results. That's too bad. It's funny though how popular really doesn't always equal best, or the thing you feel most proud of. For December, for example, I think my short story was by far the best thing I created, but my most popular was cc. I'm glad people liked the cc, but yeah... it ranks very low on my own scale of value.
