I just found your account and I’m so intrigued by it, in a good way! I tend to be shy when it comes to things like this which is why I chose to be anonymous but I have some questions, 1 is sort of attached to a scenario, I hope that’s okay.
The first question, it says in your pinned post you have a bit of a mommy kink, so may I call you mommy?
The second question is can I please claim 🫦 anon?
And lastly, a little background info: I’ve always had a fantasy of waking up in the middle of the night being so horny and wanting to wake up my partner but I never want to be a burden and in past situations, I’ve been made to feel like I was. I never want to take her away from her sleep. So the scenario is, hypothetically of course, that we have spent the night together. I’ve been awake hours before you. So early that the sun wasn’t up yet. When you finally wake, you tell me good morning and ask how I’ve slept. When I tell you not great, you’re concerned and ask why. I shyly tell you that I woke up needing you, wanting you but didn’t want to bother you. What are your feelings on this and what would be your response to the situation?
first of all, thank you for writing to me so openly and so carefully. I think it’s nothing bad to be shy at all and you still found the courage to reach out to me. I'm very proud of you, my lovely 🫦!
To answer your first question: Yes, you may call me Mommy, as long as you are an adult, it feels good to you, and it stays respectful. To me, that name is tender, possessive, and protective all at once.
And to your second question: Yes, 🫦 anon is yours. I’ll recognise you that way.
As for your little fantasy, sweetheart: My first reaction would not be anger nor would I be mad at you. And it certainly would not be making you feel like you bother me. If you shyly told me in the morning that you had been awake needing me, I would pull you close, stroke your cheek, and tell you, “Oh, my poor baby. You could have trusted Mommy with that.”
But because I'd take you serious, I would also be honest with you: No one should ever feel guilty for needing closeness, desire, or attention. At the same time, sleep is vulnerable, and anything involving waking someone up, D/s, or intimacy needs to be clearly discussed beforehand.
If we had negotiated that boundary together, then we could absolutely have a rule between us: You may wake Mommy gently, maybe with your voice or a soft touch to my shoulder, and tell me, “I need you.” Then it would be my job to decide whether I’m awake enough to give you what you’re craving, or whether I need to hold you, soothe you, and promise to take care of you later.
And if I were too tired? That would not be a rejection of you. It would only be a “not right now.” I would not shame you. I would not make you feel small. I might say, “Come here, cuddle into me. You are not annoying. You are wanted but I need some more sleep right now, and after that, you’ll have my full attention.”
The most important thing to me would be this: I would want you to learn that your needs are not a burden. You are allowed to want. You are allowed to ask. You are allowed to show yourself. And in a healthy dynamic, a no or a later should never feel like punishment.
So my answer is: I would not scold you for needing me. I would wish you felt safe enough to tell me. And then we would find a rule together that feels good, safe, and loving for both of us.
Come here, 🫦anon! Mommy isn’t mad at you!
