                              “You live in New Orleans,” Ali said, sitting across from Ariane, as she was glancing out the window to see the jazz band walking through the streets, playing music and people dancing. “You should know what it is.” Ali said, looking back at her. “My hometown does a similar thing but only does it annually.”

“I am all for you to experience new things, even if they are dangerous,” Ali paused, “But do you think this is a wise thing to do?” She raised her eyebrows when the resurrected witch had mention that she was coming along with her scheme, and drawled, “I am?”

             there’s no crown to be wanted or a kingdom to inhabit .  all malcolm ever wanted was to feel NORMAL .  never stand out , nor be invisible  . being in the middle of everything is the only thing he could have ever wished for . those were not the cards he has been dealt in life and he’s learned to live with it the best that he can  .  in his most neurotic moments  ,  malcolm sticks out like a sore thumb  ,  and all he can do is try to deter attention from himself  .  “ our kingdom is what we make of it  .  perhaps you haven’t found one yet  .  there’s a time and place for everyone  .  some just take longer than others to find  .  “
