Lessons Learned:

Always determine the decision making process from the beginning.

Bring in upper management when necessary

Being able to ask the hard questions is an important attribute in a sales person.

Train your sales people to ask the right questions.

Probe on red flags expressed by the buyer. Don't avoid them.

Be careful about the people you send to trade shows.

Never assume the person you are speaking with is the decider or is not the decider.
