//rlly late But like I was diagnosed with ADD/ADHD When I was in high school and medication became expensive I offer some tips (Methods work at home cause this one is noisy) have multiple alarms that are titled of things you need to do example: 2:30 THROW OUT TRASH 5:00 WASH DISH ect it's hard to do stuff like chores when your mind is constantly wandering around

For school it's even tougher but I kinda worked my way around by making little poems or rhymes to remember formulas or spell words Example: As far as you can see There's only one c In necessary Or something like that As for lectures or just teaching in general It's kinda 50/50 cause classes can either be so boring or so anxiety inducing but a method is picking at an eraser or simply scribbling (not drawing just blackening a poece of paper or something)
