Do you think Renesmee, or just hybrids in general have to use the bathroom, if they eat human food? Or does the venom in their body or some other fluid that consumes blood, just obliterates the food and its waste like acid would?
I would assume so, given excrement is the body expelling that which it has no further use of, except you would think vampires would need to expel the blood they drink in some way and yet they don't use the built-in human plumbing, so to speak.
I imagine the vampires do expel the blood in some way, my best guess is they exhale it (except there is no indication vegetarian vampires smell differently from human-drinking ones, and you'd think there would be. Perhaps, once upon a blue moon, they vomit up a horrible ball of blackened goo that Edward simply never mentioned because he hates it so much, but I'm not convinced by this either. I'm going with exhale theory for now), but as for hybrids... I don't know, anon.
My gut feeling, purely going off what I think is in line with the rest of vampires, is that no, they somehow expel it in a fashion that does not involve the bowels. They're too sparkly and beautiful.
