Carmel arranged a dinner date before even thinking of requesting a training session. The time came, and Carmel was shocked to say the least. 2 years ago, Tromia was fit as could be, but now a mountain of lard and sweat stood before her. Still as beautiful as ever, but definitely larger. "I'm sorry, but there isn't much I can do to help. As you can see, I've... 'grown' passed my basketball carreer... But don't make my mistake!
