It’s been 5 years since Wynonna Earp ended, 2 years since Wynonna Earp: Vengeance, and unfortunately i am STILL like this

Started a rewatch last week as a “casual little thing” and now i’m halfway through season 2 like i’ve been personally summoned back to purgatory…

This is on me. I did this. No one forced my hand, I’ve been here many a time before.

Again, seeing Wynonna Earp herself?? The perfect brand of chaos. like yes queen, make the worst possible decision, save everyone anyway, crack a joke about it, and then accidentally teach a masterclass on love, friendship, and matriarchy in the process??? I am unwell, obsessed, and taking notes.

Anyway i just got emotionally blindsided AGAIN by Waverly Earp existing and Nicole Haught looking at her like that and now i have to live with the consequences, My perfect little queer band of misfits. I am convinced nothing will ever feel the way seeing this dynamic build over the years, my sweet little babies.

Also every time Mercedes Gardner shows up i’m like. You know what, she’s the strongest soldier among us for surviving purely on spite, good lighting, and zero self-preservation instincts (she and Wynonna DEF hooked up at some point in their youth).

I am not whiskey-soaked and restless anymore, but this show (and the women in it) will always have a piece of my heart 🖤.

Anyway. If anyone needs me i’ll be here spiraling softly and pretending i’m fine.
