A very manipulative and cunning cat, but as a kit, Blackkit was very sickly and always in the medicine cat den, but close with her brother. Her brother and her had planned to be apprentices together, however, he was made a Warrior apprentice, and she stayed a kit in the medicine cat den. This is where the bitterness in her started to grow. Though still doted on by her parents, she resented her brother for moving on without her. He visited her less, he kept telling her about being a warrior apprentice. A lot of the time she’d guilt trip him for his training, and he promised to do better by her. Eventually though, her brother was made into a Warrior, but his happiness was short lived. While Blackkit was getting better overall, and she was to be apprenticed, their parents died in a battle along with the Medicine Cat apprentice. She resented her brother for not being able to do anything to save them, even though there was nothing Adderface could do. So while she was made an apprentice, her brother became apprenticed to the Medicine Cat to replace their apprentice. While Blackpaw understood this, she resented her brother for constantly distancing himself. So she blames him, taking her anger out on him continuously. Adderface goes along with it though, willing to do anything for his sister, as he feels immense guilt. Now a warrior, she has an apprentice, one of Earthtrail’s (Amami Rantarou) sisters. It was hoped Lizardpaw’s friendliness would help shape Blackhaze more, since the she-cat is very stoic, quiet, and intimidating, but it doesn’t seem to really be doing that.
