Oh geeze, this is gonna be tough, but I’ll just make do:

01. What does your character’s name mean? Did you pick it for the symbolism, or did you just like the way it sounded?

Sheut literally means Shadows in Egyptian, where he was originally inspired

Mer was originally a combination of Ur from Avalon Code, and Markiplier, which were the ones who inspired his design and concept. But since Mar and Mur sounded and looked weird, I settled on using Mer instead, which sounds more like Ur.

This one was tough, but I guess I’ll use Marlei, which she was a combination of my friend, Marissa, and Mielei from Avalon Code, who she was inspired and designed from.

 03. What would be their favorite physical trait about themselves?

Sheut? Let’s just say it’s not a PG-13 answer.

Mer probably would have to say his hair and beard.

And Marlei is honestly a bit self-conscious of herself, and doesn’t really find herself very attractive... Until much later...

06. Do they have any hobbies that their lover finds unusual, odd, or otherwise annoying?

Besides his “past time”, the other thing Sheut likes to do is travel, and see things most don’t dare to try looking for. It’s partly for thrill, and partly to get away from others.

Mer’s is actually reading, which he had to teach himself how to read Braille. Eventually, he learns how to read both Braille and written text, but it’s definitely something he had to work at. He just loves diving into a good book.

In the dark kissesI couldn’t believe it.

A man as attractive and mysterious as Darterys was not only in the same room as me, but had agreed to watch a movie I had believed he might enjoy with myself.

Though the sounds and the flashing lights of the movie danced on the television, my thoughts were nowhere focused on what played there. Eyes drifting every so often to glance upon the figure beside me, drinking in his scent that dripped from him, and the warmth of his body so close, that it made my cheeks flush with color, before turning back towards the screen once more, hoping those silvery white eyes hadn’t caught me staring.

An arm rested on the seat behind me, and I could feel his breath upon my skin as he leaned in closer to me. My eyes immediately darted to look at the man now hovering beside me, clearly his attention was not on the film any longer.

“If I happened to know any better, I’d say you’re a bit distracted, my dear. Would you care to share why...?” he ask, a mix of worry, and a bit of slyness could be heard in his voice as he asked

I gulped as my face turned three shades of red, and my breathing was a bit ragged.

“I... Uh... I...”

Dart’s fingers grazed gently against my chin before he lifted my head slowly to look him directly into his eyes. Those shining... gorgeous silver eyes...

“Perhaps I could help you focus on something else instead...” he replied, as his free hand caught the bottom of my back, pulling me closer, and his soft lips lock with mine, leaving me breathless

A small moan sneaked out of my throat, while his one hand moved from my face to tangle it in my hair, and pulling me even more towards him, making sure the distance between us was almost nonexistent. My fingers had found his own locks, the nerves slowly melted into desire.

After the long, deep kiss, my breath was heavy, and my whole body was on fire.

“How was that, dear...?”

With a gulp, I looked down from his gazed.

“... I... M.... might need t.... to try it o.... out a bit more to see...” I finally sputtered out

A soft chuckle came from his throat.

“I’m sure I could help you out with that.” Darterys smiled, before leaning back down for another

Breathless kisses “You.... You... came back...?” Sheut asked, his normal proud and sassy self had disappeared from his face, and replaced it with a look of utter shock

The Demon’s eyes began to water as he rose from where he sat, his mind blown that the woman he loved so much had come back to him, after all this time.

“I.... I thought...” he stammered as he approached Riley, “I thought you had found someone else, o... or I....”

Riley had also been walking towards him, her own eyes already in tears behind her glasses.

“No! I... I missed you so much...! I thought you left me, but...!”

With a growl, the man scooped up the tiny woman, holding her close in his arms.

“Of course not! Yes, I had business to do, but I would never leave you! Why...?!”

Sheut’s eyes were full of pain, and Riley reached up to cup his cheek, the pup leaning into her touch.

“I... I didn’t think you...”

“Loved you? Is that what you were going to say...?”

She hesitated, wincing at the comment.

“No, you little minx, I STILL love you, and even though you’ve been gone for so long in my life, despite how you can drive me crazy, I can’t help but want you!”

Through his tears, he forced his lips against her, though the young woman didn’t resist, as he kissed with hunger in every one, struggling to breath between them, but not wanting to miss out of the taste of her sweet lips against his.

Finally, as he panted, he looked her in the eyes with so much more love than she had ever seen in them.

“You are mine, and I don’t ever plan on letting you go ever again.”

Leaning against his head, Riley’s eyes softened.

“I don’t plan on leaving again.”

💦 At what age did my muse lose their virginity?Sheut? Probably at the age of 19-20, since before that his mind was more occupied by other things. <3

Jampo, canonically, lost his in the same cycle as Mer did, but learned his a bit earlier than Mer himself, though he didn’t realize there was more romantic implications until many years later.

💗 Has my muse ever been in love?Sheut WAS in love long before he lost his soul, but in AU, there have been plenty who’ve been able to melt his cold heart. Canonly? Let’s just say he ends up with a happy ending ;)

Jampo didn’t even THINK about things like that, until him and Sieki had their first ever sit down talk, and when he was finally able to let his anger go.AU? Well... I’ll leave that up to you ;P

💯 What is my muse’s ideal date? Sheut really doesn’t have anything in particular, but if he’s able to get his date into bed, most of the time by the first or second date, he’s honestly good. As long as his partner is enjoying themselves, that’s really all that matters.

Take Jampo to something exotic or exciting, he’s your man. But once in a while, taking it easy is also good for him, since not everyone can keep up with his high energy.

💑 What are my muse’s requirements for a potential partner?As long as you aren’t overly needy and whiny, and are willing to enjoy some “late night entertainment”, he really doesn’t mind anyone. No kids, obviously, and sometimes, he’s a bit wary of those who get attached, unless someone is able to melt his icy heart.

Jampo wants someone who’s not going to treat him as a child, and is willing to work his hyperactivity and high energy. Also, bonus points if you like spicy things.

💘 What are the ways my muse says ‘I love you’ without actually saying it?You don’t notice it at first, because Sheut isn’t one for showing genuine affection, but as time goes on, you realize he goes out of his way to see you smile, gives little gifts, and really takes the time to find what you really like.

It took me almost a week to finish this, but I was working DAMN hardest to get this just the way I wanted it!

ANOTHER redesign of Sheut for my story, using a mix of fantasy armors and Egyptian inspiration to put it all together. I even added and removed some tattoos from him that I found would work MUCH better for him as a character.

And what’s with the Anubis armor? Well, guess you’ll have to wait to find out! ;P
