The first one that comes to mind is when Mike finally accepted that the Robinsons actually cared. Sure, they seemed nice and all, but it wasn’t like he could really trust them. Figuring they’d just end up sending him back like the families before them, he was distant for quite some time.Then he hit the 6-month mark, and they never changed how they acted towards him. When he realized how long it’d been, he allowed himself to relax. It was a small happiness, but it was good enough for him.

I did watch AHS season one. I wasn't really a fan of it, honestly, most of the seasons didn't really capture me the way Freak Show has. But I definitely loved Tate, and would probably play him if I had to pick. He's my exact brand of cute-but-crazy. Frieda was glad to have some company in this park, for once, though the company itself was a bit strange.

Something wasn’t right about the situation, but Frieda found that she didn’t exactly care at the moment. Norman finally came back! From… wherever he went. It was a bit hard to remember, though it wasn’t like she really thought on it long. Beaming brightly, she started recounting all the things he’d missed since he’d been gone, not even bothering to check for his reactions. Every happy moment she shared with Norman kept being intercut with scenes of her at a funeral, with Norman nowhere to be found, and then… then she stopped talking after a while, occasionally glancing at the empty seat next to her and rubbing at her eyes.
