i haven’t made it very far into the book but he does something weird with his tenses that feels weird and sloppy and keeps throwing me out of the POV, um... i think it’s slipping in and out of epistolary voice ? i don’t know exactly what it is, but it’s disorienting. the science is all really cool so far though, very accessible
