A shelf cloud denotes the leading edge of an outflow dominant thunderstorm. Behind the shelf, temperatures are much cooler, winds are gusty, and rain/hail increase rapidly. Well I finally got one of my bucket list shots! I’ve only seen #clouds like this in photos and never imagined I would have a chance to capture one! But sure did July 14/19. Yahoo. I was so excited!!
