I completed my first dissection in lab Wednesday 🔬 We dissected a sheep 🐑 brain. To be honest my lab partner mainly did the work and I just kept squeezing it in my hand and repeatedly saying, “It’s so squishy. I just wanna squeeze it.”

Sheep Brain Dissection

As part of my exploration into brains for my project, I decided to explore a real brain in a material format. The dissection was useful in allowing me to experience the subject on a physical level, up until this point I had only been researching the subject from a theoretical and scientific view point.
