地點:沙田凱悦酒店4樓 The fusion desserts here are attractive. The sweet potato with brown sugar ginger was surprising tasty. It was sweet n rich in sweet potato. Together with brown sugar ginger, it brought up an exciting taste of the whole ice cream. However, the pineapple with hawthorn was not very special. The hawthorn was outstanding while the taste of pineapple was thin.

The chef recommended to eat the skins with sugar. It was crispy but quite oily. Vi preferred eating the meat with skins with pancakes, soya beams paste n cucumber. It was very tasty n less heavy.
