Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup vegan cheese, grated. 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup non-dairy milk. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 180C 350F. In a large bowl, combine flour, vegan cheese, onion, nutritional yeast, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Add olive oil and non-dairy milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
