Day 21- fuzzy Just a fuzzy monster friend for october!

my girl. my ABSOLUTE DARLING. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BLESSING ME WITH THIS GIRL I LOVE YOU SO MUCH ANGIE YONAGA–

What they smell like: she has a fresh tropical smell! like warm, clear air and fruits you’ve never tasted.

How they sleep (sleeping position, schedule, etc): she sleeps when atua tells her to!…so her sleeping schedule is *mostly* normal, but when she needs to Art she needs to Art and that means staying up into the wee hours of the morning to finish her work. her two girlfriends chabashira and yumeno are less than pleased about this habit, but whatever :p also she sleeps in the starfish position for sure fhdkhghl

What music they enjoy: half weird obscure stuff involving ominous chanting and dissonance, half cutesy bubblegum pop songs she likes to dance along to!

How much time they spend getting ready every morning: longer than she’d care to admit, outside of morning prayers and such. she has to practice her smiles in the mirror many days because she’s just so tired and genuine smiles are a beautiful rarity. after being introduced to makeup (she didn’t think it was “her thing” beforehand) she’s taken to painting her face a little some mornings, occasionally going out with ridiculous eyeliner and waiting for someone to notice.

Their favorite thing to collect: she has mountains of various art supplies, mostly sculpting tools. a lot of her art supplies are old or worn-out, and while she’s bought new ones she just can’t throw the old ones away–too much sentimental value. she also likes seashells and even has many of them framed on a wall!

Left or right-handed: she’s primarily right-handed but can work with her left in a pinch.

Religion (if any): do i really need to answer this one

Favorite sport: she strikes me as the type who would like tennis and/or lacrosse. though she plays from time to time, she’s casual about it and much prefers to cheer others on from the sidelines with exaggerated chants and the like.

Favorite touristy thing to do when traveling (museums, local food, sightseeing, etc): introducing people to atua, of course! but she also likes absorbing local culture and incorporating it into her art. her energy levels tend to go from 100% to 5% really fast, though, especially in new places–she’ll spend all day wandering around and talking to people, but around 6:45 PM she’ll flop onto her hotel bed and spend the evening watching whatever weird documentaries are on pay-per-view.

Favorite kind of weather: WOW she loves clear sunny days!! she thanks atua for every day, of course, but sunny days are her favorites.

A weird/obscure fear they have: unsurprisingly, she’s scared of no longer hearing atua’s voice… but she’s scared of not being able to hear people as well. she’s told herself before that even without sight she could still function as an artist–in fact, she has purposefully painted/sculpted blindfolded from time to time just to see how she can handle it! but without being able to hear the encouraging words not only from her god, but also from the people she cares about? the thought keeps her up at night and makes her worry more about noise pollution than she lets on.

The carnival/arcade game they always win without fail: in arcades she’s clumsy as all hell and has no idea what she’s doing, but at carnivals? she almost always comes home with one of the giant plushies, usually by being so cute the carnies can’t help but pamper her. the ones immune to her charm usually give her plushies anyway, because she whines until chabashira wins the games for her >:)
