My final ArtFight attack of the season, a little shapebot mass attack!! Forgive the party decor, Cubot was put in charge of decorations.

Yannow, I wasn't even sure I'd get another art piece finished before Art Fight starts, but then this idea took hold of me and my brain would not let me work on Anything Else until she was brought to life. So here's Icosabot! You can probably tell they exist solely due to my recent obsession with a certain inseparable pair, hehe. Funny thing is, Eggman didn't make Icosabot, but rather it was built by another OC of mine, Monty the Python, based on some old schematics that yet another OC "found". Unfortunately the comparative lack of resources between Team Trackers and the Eggman Empire kinda takes its toll on the final product, as Icosabot seems to have the robot equivalent of chronic fatigue. She still tries their best tho, and as he's a much better person overall than the bad doctor, Monty does his best to accommodate it when needed c:

(btw in case it wasn't obvious with how often I switched, Icosabot uses any pronouns EXCEPT he/him since it's still figuring itself out, hell they'd prolly use neopronouns and nounself-style pronouns too if she knew about 'em)

Secondly, my answer to your question:

Two years ago (her "birthday" is February 25, 2024), I rewatched Sonic Boom, which I first watched in 2019. When I re-watched this cartoon, I started to like Orbot and Cubot (it’s not clear why I didn’t pay attention to them in 2019, either I didn’t notice them or I forgot about them after a few years, but that doesn't matter). Then, after watching it, I developed a fictosexual love for these robots (this always happens to me when I start to like characters from some fandom). And during this I started thinking, "Why don't I create my own character?". And since I love Orbot the most, not only because red is my favorite color, but also because of his character, I decided to create his girlfriend. At first, I thought about her appearance. Pink is a girly color and it is opposite to red. Her heart shape is also feminine and, you could say, the opposite to orb. I didn't have any trouble coming up with the name because her name is made up of two words, "heart" and "bot" (like Orbot and Cubot). As for her character. I had to base the character on another character from another cartoon. And it was Sugar Sprinkles from Littlest Pet Shop 2012, because her personality was just perfect for Heartbot and plus her voice, if Heartbot was voiced in Sonic Boom. So Heartbot is Orbot and Cubot plus Sugar Sprinkles, all in my creation. And from the moment she appeared, I loved her like my own daughter, so I don't regret not wanting to have real children. I loved, love, and will love Heartbot until the end of my days. But sometimes I wish my Heartbot had some merchandise, like they do with canon characters. And originally Heartbot was supposed to be created by Eggman, but in the end Heartbot had her own parents, that is, creators, to avoid incest, since Orbot was created by Eggman, and it would be strange that a brother and sister have love, even though they are robots
