Ten minutes of fruitless searching later:

I am the first person to be happy about Shiro's sexuality revelation like it's so much important nowdays to have a queer main character - a hero - in a show supposed to be for kid (WHICH KIDS GUYS I AM 20++ AND I FUCKING CRY IN EVERY EPISODE) and I really wanna find out about the story with Adam, what happened, how, why, which were the issues and etcetera.

BUT 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I'm not gonna lie, I will probably still shipping Shallura (*coff* Shallotor *coff*) and headcanon Shiro as pan till the end of my fucking life.

I'm making this post cuz.... well it never happened to me in the first place but I know of fandom and people who were treated not so nice just cause they had het ships with a queer character.

So the fact that Shiro was with Adam doesn't mean that you cannot headcanon Shiro as bi or pan. Gay? It's ok. Bi? It's ok. Pan? It's ok.

I mean just... not be afraid to make as much headcanons as you want and to ships whatever you like the most. You are not wrong and you don't have to be afraid and if someone ever tells you otherwise... well they are the ones wrong.

Me: *also highkey does not hope for a Shallotor love triangle*

The relationship is fine. They are friends and love each other and honeslty? They couldn't imagine having to make love to someone else.

But they both feel something is missing. They talk about it often. They try different things, but they can't seem to figure out what it is that's missing.

Then they meet one of their new guards. His name is shiro, and he use to fight as a soldier, but after loosing his arm and having it replaced with a galra prosthetic the captain of the guard in the royal palace offered him a transfer once he was back to fighting shape.

They both know that this is what was missing from their relationship and instantly set about wooing the man.

His blushes and stammers at their subtle advances are cute, but they don't get anywhere. So they try a more direct method. They send for him in the night and when he arrives he is assulted with kisses and praise and gentle hands (not without his consent. They give him all the opportunities to leave if he wishes). They love him and worship him, soon convicing him to join their relationship as an equal and not just an extra in their bed.
