Allura makes friendship bracelets.
It all started because the mice kept braiding her hair into dozens of tiny braids, and she wanted to find something else for them to do. The mice quickly got tired of trying to braid string, so she took matters into her own hands. Now, everyone on the ship has at least one bracelet from Allura.
Keith does paint-by-numbers.

Pidge builds Lego and model kits.
She loves putting together things that require fine motor skills. The problem is, usually that means machinery and tech that might get destroyed, lost, or broken during missions. So, to keep from losing her motivation, she builds model kits that stay safely in her bedroom — a reminder that not everything she creates is destined to be ruined.
When everything just becomes too much, he prefers to dive into fictional worlds where nothing depends on him. He fully surrenders to the story, reading about heroes who solve their own problems without needing his help. He has a collection of comfort books he loves to reread, and sometimes he even reads them out loud to the rest of the team because his voice calms them down.
