Here's another commission I finished over this past holiday season! This Spice and Wolf themed Shadowbox was another nice change of pace from my usual work!

I am super happy to finally show one of my more ambitious endeavors. ‘The Clockwork City’ is my first moving Shadowbox Artwork that also doubles as a time piece. I’m so happy with how it came out. It debuted at Matsuricon and Dragoncon. I worked with a commissioner and various other feedback I received, and decided for it to be a working time piece as well as the moving parts!

In honor of Robert Fludd’s birthday today. I am putting this lighted shadow box up for special sale. 📦 The box features a handcoloured reproduction on glass and encaustic wax, of the cover of Fludd’s work ‘Utriusque Cosmi’, first published in 1617. Sale price $80, with free shipping to the domestic US. The box measures height 12.5” x width 9.5” x depth 3.75”, and is made from antique salvaged wood, comes with battery powered mini string lights. 🏃‍♀️ There is only one, so act fast.
