O que é magia?
Apesar do conceito variar de acordo com quem diz, a ideia é a mesma: usar da própria energia para manipular a realidade/manifestar o que deseja, ou um aumento da probabilidade.
Devo lhe adiantar que a magia não é exclusiva da bruxaria, mas imagine como um sistema que se adapta ao usuário. Pode ser feita por orações, rituais, visualização,... não importa o modo. Em essência, o mais importante é a intenção e vontade do usuário.
Não é garantido que toda magia funcione. Pessoalmente, acredito que se aquela manifestação não ocorreu (ou você mesmo não notou como aconteceu) então há outro caminho.
Apesar disso, um modo de “aumentar a probabilidade da magia” é fazendo uso das correspondências mágicas. combinações com a mesma energia vão potencializar mais ainda sua intenção, sejam ervas, cristais, fase da lua ou horário do dia.
Não são necessários instrumentos caros (como varinha, caldeirão e athame) ou obrigatoriamente um ritual complexo para que você possa fazer seu uso. Siga sua intuição e estude muito bem o que deseja fazer sempre.

I encourage you to make your book of shadows a place to put your own thoughts, theories, dreams and experiences as a witch, not only your spells, hex and rituals.
Make it a biography, a sanctuary.
Draw on it, write poems, things that gives it energy and life for itself. Is your tool, one of the most powerful you can get, and it is you the one that gives it the power.
witchcraft tips?
so i’ve decided that i want to practice witchcraft as a sort of healing method, but i’m not really sure how to start. stuff like altars and shadow books and the like seem really confusing to me, and it’s a bit overwhelming. is there anyone out there with some tips or advice?

I was lucky enough to receive this picture book early, and when it arrived I immediately had my first read through. I was so drawn to the illustrations! The book has a very nice winter aesthetic with snowscapes and warm coats. . The story of the book follows a girl who moves into a new house with her mother, and the girl finds a friend in Shadow, who lives under her bed. The girl plays with him and tries to tell her mother about him, but the mother doesn’t notice. It’s a story about loneliness and depression, presented in a clever and beautiful way.
