oh my, what a villainous tea party!
I’m quite proud of this one, very happy I found Disconn (the tv guy) again. I was rummaging through old sketchbooks from like 4-5 years ago and found some ideas for him and I was like “holy shit why did I never develop this cheeky fuck” and then proceeded to do exactly that
but yeah, I’ve got a name for the world I’m putting all the time god people in, as well as Shade (the shadow person) and Disconn, and I’m naming it To Believe the Untrue, or TBtU for short. Yes this means I’m going to write it out but not in the way I’m going with VoA, no no no, I plan on making it a webcomic >:D
Yeah thats right im sucking it up and finally committing to something, oh boy oh boy am I glad about that. Now it’s just the issue of figuring out how to draw backgrounds, oh won’t that be a joy! haha! hah! hahah! aHHAHAAA
all jokes aside though I’m thinking about maybe finding someone (or multiple but not likely) to help out with backgrounds because I know its gonna make me go insane and im not ready to do that just yet thanks. But yeah no I’ve already started writing out lines for it, not in sequential order of course I just like taking ideas and figuring out the inbetweens as I go.
What do you expect im an animator not a writer. Sure I act like I know what im doing but do you really think I have a damn clue? HAH!
Also I have written too many lines for Disconn and I’ve started to talk like him and I’m not sure how to feel about it but that’s all fine and dandy, yep
before anyone points it out yes I’m aware Shade’s hands are backwards, it is intentional. She does that because it feels more natural and the rules of how hands work do not apply to him because their hands are not connected to them whatsoever so she can literally have their hands go wherever the hell they want
this is definitely not an excuse for me to not have to redo their hand placement because I didn’t realize they were backwards until AFTER i rendered everything mhm yes yes
