Ankh Ka: The seven realms
In the known reality the empire currently has hold of seven different realms. Each realm is made of many kingdoms and rule themselves. But still they are connected through way stones that allow mortals to access them. No one is sure how the realms became connected or who settled them as it has long since faded into history. Rumours say that is was the ankh ka themselves during their long rule millennia ago.
Geb: A world full of large canyons and tall mountains is not the best terrain for species that travel solely by land. As a result, this world has bred many different types of Aerian species. Including the main human like bird species Heliops and the mystical phoenix itself. The feathers of the phoenix are highly sought after but few are ever found as not many can traverse the land.
Gaia: A world with many large land masses on it all separated by large oceans. It is made up of four main continents, one in each cardinal direction. The dominant species of this planet was thought to have been the elvish races. Split into woodland, sun, moon, sea. Each taking on characteristics to do with their name. This realm produces moonstone at large quantities. The abundance is thought to have been a result of their three moons saturating the realm with moonlight.
Terra: A world full of vegetation and wildlife. It has two continents on it with a wide sea on either side of them. It is said to be the realm with the most prosperous farms and most beautiful wildlife. Many creatures on this world are unseen or only few accounts of them exist. It is said that this world was the birthplace of the ancient druidic clans who would become one with nature and the soul. It is said that once one of the ancient immortals had come to this realm and fallen in love with a mortal, casting the anger of the other immortals onto it almost destroying it.
Tellus: A mountainous world said to once be roamed by titans who would engage in battles that split the earth open. Their blood is said to have caused a plentiful supply of minerals and metals. This realm is thought of as the birthplace of the earth dwelling dwarven race and the legendary dragon species which would protect the valuables of the dwarves.
Gaea: The world looks much like that of Gaia and is often referred to as its twin. This world has only one moon but two suns which is believed to have caused it to have plentiful supplies of sunstone in it. It is believed that the behemoth once roamed this land, an ancient giant animal said to protect nature. This realm is also believed to have been the birthplace of the shamanic tribes, which are similar to the druids at first glance. They instead became one with the elements of the world and would have a symbiotic relationship with them.
Aaru: A utopian world at first glance, filled with many terrifying monsters hunted for their hides and claws. It is said that this world was once the home world of the Anpu, a jackal like humanoid skilled in necromancy and the ability to commune with the dead.
Nile: A waterous world with little land full of beautiful jewels and food in its vast oceans. It is said that this is the world where the leviathan was born along with the humanoid Naga race. The Naga are reptilian fish-like creatures that rule the seas. They are a friendly species despite their appearance.
Although humans are the majority species across the realms currently their home world is unknown and not much is known of their history. Historians theorize that they once lived in the realm known as earth which has since long been lost to history. Many believe that it was destroyed from war, others believe it was sealed off to hold a great evil. Some even believe that it is the home of the immortals and that they reside there now.
