Off Balance is a weekly podcast with just that premise: Voidfished Barry and Lup experiencing the events of the Balance storyline. Kinda. Because... well, this isn’t your brothers’ Balance. The Gerblins arc opens with Lup sneaking off the moonbase where she’s worked for a while. The Rockport arc isn’t on a train! There’s lots of exciting changes in store and now’s a great time to catch up with everything that’s come so far!

Session Seven is a psychological point and click adventure with a branching narrative where you attempt to escape a cellar and figure out how you got trapped in there in the first place!
Session Seven slayed it too and was the first opening act. And god damn were they a bangin’ opener. I got to meet and chat with the lead singer too and he was a really chill and awesome dude. If ya’ll haven’t listened to them before, check out Radiation, JG and the Robots also did a version of the song with them too and it slaps.

The group goes to Serrisen’s home, where they meet his sister Mihra who takes care of his affairs while he’s out on town. The bear he rides  likes to sleep in the courtyard of the manor, and there Du finds a fat raccoon they apparently can’t get off the estate. Du names him Robin, and puts him in his pack.
The town hall rests on the top of the tallest hill of the city, and the party goes there to speak to the council about the Baron and Baroness. Until a new mayor is appointed, filling his seat on the council will be Darym Rethemis, the Duke of Arafel. He treats the party coldly, but awards them with a hundred platinum pieces per person and thanks them for their services in removing a corrupt member of the court. They inquire about the mayor’s murder, and while the Duke assures them the matter is taken care of, the party insists on speaking with the accused murderer.
Istan leads them through the town hall, voicing his displeasure with the state of the council, and the group arrives to a very dead man in a jail cell. His body is still swinging and there is a hidden entrance into the cell. The party moves the loose stones and finds a passage winding down. Two hook armed beasts from the underdark descend on them, and the group kills them and the two men who set the creatures loose from their cage.
The council is summoned into the jail, where Klindal wastes no time berating the Duke for his incompetence with protecting the people of Arafel.
On the way back to Serrisen’s manor, they stop at the mayor’s home to investigate. Inside they find marks similar to the ones the hook handed beasts left behind in the tunnel, and they find a magical ring and a little inkwell with a figurine of a woman inside of it. She awakens and tells the group her name is Quill, and that she helps pen things for her master who isn’t steady of hand. Kepesk puts the ring on, and feels a voice awaken in his mind. It’s the spirit of the mayor, trapped inside of the ring.
As the group tries to leave, they notice something black dripping from the ceiling.
