You slammed your hand against the locker, causing him to jump.Â
âY/N '' You put your other hand up against the other locker, trapping him.
âYou know youâre not very subtle,it's clear what you want and Iâll give it to youâ You whispered into his ear âBut only if you say it '' Pressing your body against him,you lightly kiss his neck just below his ear.
âYou,I want youâ Grabbing his shoulder you turned him and slammed his back against the locker. Instantly your lips latched onto his neck, kissing and biting. âY/N,n-not hereâ
âFineâ You grabbed his hand and led him to the locker room, practice had been canceled which is why you chose today to confront him about those glances he threw your way. The second you got into the locker room you pushed him against one of them, his hands were already moving to take off your clothes. You pulled away from him to help him take off his clothes, you took off your jacket and threw it to him. âPut it onâ
âYou want me to wear itâ
âAs if you donât want itâ You teased him,he didnât say anything else he just put it on. His eyes wouldnât leave your body as you undressed. âAre you gonna keep staring at me or are you gonna come here and tell me what you want?â
âI want you to fuck meâ
âI always knew you werenât as innocent as everyone thinks, you little slutâ You pushed him up against the locker, lifting him up. He wrapped his arms around you, pulling your face closer to his. You gave in and finally kissed him,he broke the kiss suddenly.
âY/Nâ He moaned, throwing his head back. âR-Right thereâ You kept pounding into him, going faster and faster until you couldnât take it anymore.Â
âIâm canât take it anymoreâ You pulled out and pushed him down to his knees, stroking your cock you came all over his face âYou look absolutely beautiful,my little slutâ

Summary: On his first day of elementary school, one of the bigger kids had pushed Archie to the floor and skinned his knee. You had promised then and there you would protect your brother from everyone and everything in this world.
Now in high school, your main concern should have been that the boy you liked was sleeping with someone else. Instead, you were researching how to cover up a murder and discovering the use of alcohol as a coping method.
Riverdale wasn't safe for anyone these days.
You knew Archie was scared. You knew he felt guilty. You knew he just wanted this all to be over. You didnât know heâd plead guilty and take the deal of two years in juvenile detention.
The shock you felt jolt through your body left you reeling, bolting from your chair in a reflex to protect, but there was nothing you could do. Next to you, Sweet Pea clasped your wrist and gently tugged you back into your seat. Clinging to him, you absentmindedly noted that you were digging your nails into his exposed forearm, but you were too busy trying to breathe to stop yourself.Â
Archie looked accepting, resigned to his fate, but it was the look on your dadâs face that broke your heart. As Archie was led away in handcuffs, he spared you a tight smile that you couldnât return, tears dripping from your eyes instead. Leaving Betty to console a distraught Veronica, you rushed to your dad, throwing your arms around his waist and burying your face into his shoulder as he clung on to you just as tightly.Â
Much later that night, you found yourself sat in a booth right at the back of Popâs with Betty, Jughead and Veronica. None of you spoke, merely picking at your food and milkshakes, lost in your own thoughts.
It was a strange feeling, like it wasnât really happening. This was Archie, who got in trouble in elementary school for fighting bullies on behalf of the smaller kids. Archie who protected his family and his friends with everything in him. Archie who loved pancakes and hated mushrooms and wore odd socks - your little brother. It didnât matter that there was barely 10 minutes difference in age, you still insisted you were elder.Â
You were polar opposites in some ways - Archie was reckless where you were methodical, easily manipulated where you had trouble trusting anyone. He could be stupid sometimes, making rash decisions like starting the red circle or chasing after gunmen, but he was good at heart, and there was no way in hell he could ever kill someone.Â
And now he was locked up in a place with a bad reputation and you hoped to god that if nothing else, the serpent tattoo would grant him some reprise - heâd need comrades in there even if he wouldnât have friends.Â
You kept opening your mouth to speak, uncomfortable with the silence, but what were you supposed to say?Â
Luckily, you were saved by the ring of the bell as the front door was pushed open. In walked a crowd of leather, and you jumped up to greet them.Â
Toni was the first to rush forward and hug you, followed by Cheryl and Fangs. They joined the group in the booth as Sweet Pea analysed you with his dark eyes before pulling you into his chest. The familiar smell of leather and smoke was comforting, and you clutched to his jacket for a moment to ground yourself.Â
When you stepped back, you quickly wiped at your eyes to rid yourself of any tears and tried to smile up at the boy. He looked concerned, and you knew that your pathetic attempt at fooling him into thinking you were ok wouldnât work. Still, when he asked if you were alright, you nodded and turned quickly to squash back into the now-crowded booth. Sweet Pea took a seat by your side, leg pressed against yours, and arm draped over the booth behind you. Over the course of the next hour, as the group swapped back and forth between discussing pointless subjects and possible plans to clear Archieâs name or break him out, the warmth of Sweet Pea kept you grounded, and you both pretended not to notice when his phone lit up with Josieâs name several times, instead he turned the device face-down and moved somehow even closer.Â
You couldnât even find it in you to feel guilty.
Despite your dadâs hesitation, you decided to go back to school with the others. It was funny in a sad sort of way that you usually looked for any excuse not to have to go, and then when you had one, you didnât want it. You just couldnât stand another day at home. It was so empty and quiet, just you and Vegas, whoâd taken to lying on the floor of Archieâs room and whining.Â
School wasnât much better though with all the looks, the whispers. At first it upset you, but a couple of hours in and it was rapidly pissing you the hell off. The second the bell rang for free period, you stormed through the hallways, earphones in and scowling as you threw yourself down into a chair in the corner of the student lounge. Everyone kept their distance, casting glances at your furious scribbling before quickly retreating. Eventually, the bell rang again for lunch and you knew your peace was going to soon be disrupted as people streamed into the room. Mere minutes later, you felt someone looming over you, and quickly grabbed the hand that crept into your peripheral.Â
âIf you pull out my earphones, I will pull out your lungs.â
Sweet Pea merely laughed and leant against the desk you were hunched over, Fangs by his side flipping through the text book youâd been taking notes from. Knowing it was hopeless, you rolled your eyes to the ceiling before fixing them both with a glare.
âIâm trying to work, what do you two idiots want?â
âFor you to pull the stick out of your ass and come sit with us,â Sweet Pea replied with an easy smirk, Fangs snorting in amusement as he passed you your book back. Your glare quickly shot to the shorter boy, who adopted an innocent look and held his hands in the air.
âDonât look at me, I didnât say it!â
Huffing, you stood and shoved your belongings back into your bag.
âDrop dead, Fogarty.â
You spun on your heel and headed for the couches to squish into an armchair with Kevin, ignoring the indignant splutter and deep laughter of the boys behind you. Immediately after you sat down, Veronica leant towards you with her usual determined look.Â
âSo, this football game that Archieâs planning for the juvie boys, what do you think? Want to come and cheer him on with us?â Noting your arched brow of confusion, she elaborated. âArchiekins was saying that the guys in there needed a pep rally more than most, so what better way to raise their spirits than with a good show? The Vixens are practicing the routine tonight ready for Thursday. Join us?â
You wrinkled your nose and gave Veronica a weird look as she waited for your answer.
âAre you asking me to dance like a slut in front of my twin?â
As everyone else laughed, Veronica gave you an unimpressed look at the teasing smile on your face.
âOk, ok, Iâll take that as a no.â
Grinning, you turned your eyes to Fangs.
âI know someone else who would look great in a mini skirt though.â
Never one to turn down a bet, it wasnât long before things had escalated and Fangs decided to don one of the cheer uniforms and run around the school in it. His conclusion that he enjoyed the freedom and the breeze that came from a skirt kept you giggling the rest of the day.
Archie was a week into juvie, and already he looked like shit. He was pale and tired, and as a Serpent you had enough experience with fighting to know that he couldnât sit normally because he was bruised as hell. Concern flooded your face, and you spared the guard a quick look before leaning closer to your brother.
âArch, who did this?â
Archie looked around them, noting the other prisoners who sat close enough to hear all seemed to be too busy to listen. He turned back around, staring down at his hands instead of you.
âIt-â he started, only to quickly close his mouth and shake his head, âit doesnât matter.â
Glaring at him, you ground out his name in a warning tone. Knowing you werenât going to drop it, he sighed heavily and leaned in close.Â
âGhoulies,â he mumbled, only meeting your eyes for a second as thunder thrummed in your bones.
âThose fucking sons of bitches!â you spat, hands balling into fists. âWhat about the Serpents, are they protecting you?â
Archie opened his mouth to reply, but didnât get a chance as yells rang out, an inmate and their guest throwing punches at one another across the room. The inmates were herded to the far wall as the guards called for the end of visits, ushering you and the other visitors towards the exit. A quick hug and a demand that he stay safe, and you were all but shoved out of the room. You were furious as you began the drive home, hands clenching the steering wheel so tight you stopped being able to fully feel your fingers.Â
The Ghoulies had been a problem ever since youâd joined the Serpents, and you had always hated them. Now that they were after your brother? No way were you about to let that slide.
Instead of going home, youâd gone straight to Jughead with an intense need to rant before you exploded. With an agreement that something had to be done, you decided to brainstorm possible ideas the next day after school, and you left the trailer slightly calmer than you had arrived.Â
Nothing ever got to be done regarding the juvie situation, as three weeks then went by without anyone being able to see Archie. You and your dad were angry and fearful, unaware of what was happening to him. The Wardenâs claims of Archie starting a riot were bullshit, and you all knew it. You were curled up on the sofa watching Game of Thrones reruns as your dad met with his lawyer when your phone buzzed with a call from Veronica.
Intrigued, you quickly answered, and as soon as you heard the name Penny, you were stuffing on your jacket and trainers with the promise youâd be at the speakeasy in 10. Once there, Veronica quickly explained Pennyâs offer of protection and the following shipment of Jingle Jangle, as well as her belief that her father was behind it, and her, Cheryl and Toniâs storming of the drug lab at the Whyte Worm.Â
âSo you blackmailed your father into backing off, what do you need from me?â
Veronica fixed you with a smile, rounding the bar to hand you a glossy card invitation.
âTo come to opening night. Not only do you have to be there as a friend, but also I have a feeling Penny might come sniffing around with threats - we both know she isnât what youâd call loyal and I wouldnât put it past her to try and pull something.â
You nodded thoughtfully as you stared at the card in your hand, raising your gaze to meet Veronica with a sly smile.
âI need to speak to her about a Ghoulie infestation anyway. Iâll be there.â
âExcellent! Then thereâs just one more thing,â Veronica smiled widely, casting a raised eyebrow at your scuffed trainers and ripped jeans. âWear a dress.â
That night, La Bonne Nuit was packed out with the younger residents of Riverdale. Josie was singing, drinks were flowing, and everyone was dressed to suit the 20s decor. A black cocktail dress and heels had you fitting in nicely, and you were feeling pretty good as you spent the evening laughing with friends.Â
You stayed on alert though, keeping an eye out for Penny or Ghoulies sent to cause trouble. Sweet Pea, Fangs and Jughead were doing the same, keeping a watch on the entryway as they mingled. You were sat in a booth chatting to Betty when you felt eyes on you. A quick glance over the blondes shoulder and you caught Sweet Pea turning back to Fangs to whisper something. They seemed to be having a heated discussion, some stupid disagreement knowing them, but as you carried on talking to Betty you realised that as they talked, the boys swapped between looking at you and looking at Josie.Â
You shook off the weirdness, getting lost in anecdotes as more people came to join you, until a hand on your shoulder had you looking up to meet Veronicaâs steely gaze. Excusing yourself, with a quick reassurance to Betty that everything was fine, you let Veronica pull you by the hand through the crowd to the bar. There, Reggie looked pissed as he hung up the phone, and you looked at him expectantly.
âPennyâs just pulled up outside and Iâm gonna guess she ainât here for a burger.â
Sighing, you gave Reggie a nod, and beckoned for Veronica to follow you upstairs. On your way, you caught the questioning stare of Sweet Pea, and you cocked your thumb at Reggie in answer. He could explain, you needed to move. Steeling your expression into your âI know iâm short but im actually a tough gang memberâ face, you pushed past the queue of people still waiting to get into the speakeasy and stalked outside to the car park.Â
Illuminated by the light of the diner, Penny leant against her car, her cocky smirk instantly irritating you. Veronica stuck close by your side and, as youâd done several times before, you admired her tenacity. Still, she was out of her element, more used to the organised turn-taking style of mob business rather than the rough and tumble gang fights, so your priority was ensuring she got out of this unscathed.Â
âWhat are you doing here, Penny? I thought I told you that your services were not required, as much as I appreciate the offer.â
Penny snorted at Veronicaâs steady words, choosing not to heed the warning and instead pushed off the car and began to stroll towards the two of you. Despite her casual pace and crossed arms, you took a step forward to keep some distance between her and the girl behind you, wary of her intentions.Â
Noticing your movement, Penny smiled sickly and stopped in her tracks, narrowed eyes watching you with a dangerous glint.
âMy, my, Lodge, you sure are a lucky girl,â the blonde began in a mocking tone, âyou always seem to have a little Andrews guard dog yapping around your heels.â
Not in the mood for Penny and her games, your fingers reached for the pocket that wasnât there, then clenched into fists, teeth gritted as you realised your knife was in your jacket pocket, which was still in the cloakroom.
âListen, bitch, youâre not welcome here, so get the hell out. Veronica and her speakeasy are protected by the Serpents, so go do your dirty business elsewhere.âÂ
Your sharp tone and pissed off expression seemed to rile up the older woman, and she took a step closer to square up to you.
âExcuse me? You donât get to tell me what to do, ok little girl? I couldÂ
you with my pinkie. So how about you and the princess here show me some respect before I have one of my guys on the inside slit your brothers throat.â
You barely heard Veronicaâs gasp or the bell above the door signalling someone exiting Popâs over the rushing of blood in your ears. You didnât feel yourself move, just felt a wave of total fury before your fist collided with Pennyâs cheek. The blonde went sprawling onto the tarmac as you glared down at her, pain shooting up your arm and you learn down to grab the lapels of her jacket and tug her up to a half sitting position so you were face to face.Â
âGo anywhere near my brother,â you whispered menacingly, âand youâre fucking dead.âÂ
Roughly releasing your grip, you stood and backed away as Penny pulled herself up from the ground, laughing as she wiped the trickle of blood from her mouth.Â
âOh, you have noÂ
what youâre messing with, but I promise you now, Iâm gonna kill your bro with my bare hands.âÂ
You lunged forward, barely making it a step before strong arms pulled you back. Despite the vice grip of leather sleeves and tattooed hands, you still tried to fight free and get to Penny, all the emotions that had been building up for weeks begging to be set free. Either side of you, the Serpents appeared, Fangs half in front of you in a protective stance, and Jughead slouching cockily on your right.Â
âYouâre outnumbered, Penny, take the advice and get the hell out of here,â ordered the Serpent King, staring her down.
Penny didnât respond at first, letting her eyes drift over the small group. Finally, with a cheery goodbye, and a smirk that spelled trouble directed at you, she stalked back to her car and made a speedy exit. You watched the lights disappear around the corner in silence, muscles going slack as Sweet Pea relaxed his grip on you.Â
Everyone stayed quiet, and you took a few staggered breaths to try and release the adrenaline coursing through you. When you felt sufficiently calmer, you eased Sweet Peaâs hand off of your waist, squeezing his fingers quickly to quell the hard frown he was currently staring you down with. You turned to the others with a quick thank you, flexing your fingers experimentally to make sure you hadnât damaged anything on Pennyâs stupid smug face. You knew they were all staring at you, waiting for you to explode in anger from Pennyâs words, and you couldnât blame them. You had a notoriously short temper, and the strange calm you felt surprised even you. With one last look at the dots of blood on the ground, you avoided the gazes of your friends, striding straight past to head back inside and get a seriously strong drink.Â
Exchanging concerned glances, the rest shortly followed, and spent the night on edge as they waited for you to snap.
Instead of snapping, you got wasted.Â
It seemed to work, as you were no longer angry - you were stumbling around laughing your ass off instead. Despite the initial worry over your choice of distraction, everyone else had shortly started to drink with you in solidarity, which led to the Serpents and their Northside buddies crashing out of the front door of Popâs and spilling into the car park way past closing time.
Cheryl and Toni were flirting, Sweet Pea, Jughead and Fangs were play fighting, and you had your arms linked with Kevin and Betty as you slurred through Mean Girls quotes in a competition of who knew the film best. At the corner you split ways to head home, leaving you with Jug, Betty and Sweet Pea. The couple quickly cosied up together, whispering, while you dropped back a few paces to link arms with Sweet Pea. Heaving a contented sigh, you lent your head right back to look up at the stars, and if you werenât hanging on to the boy next to you for support, youâd be on your ass.Â
âYou know you live in the opposite direction, right?â
Sweet Peaâs eyes quickly darted to you when you spoke, as if he had been deep in thought. Smiling, he steered you around a lamppost.
âYou think Iâm gonna trust you walking home alone right now?â You turned to him, opening your mouth but he shot a pointed look at the couple in front of you and beat you to it. âAnd no, they donât count, they wouldnât notice if I got naked and started doing the Single Ladies dance.âÂ
You laughed unabashedly, prompting another grin from the usually sullen Serpent.Â
You walked most of the way in silence, bid goodbye to the loved-up couple outside of your house, and now stood on your porch. The night was quiet, the house dark, and luckily you had sobered up enough in the cool night air to keep your voice low.Â
âThanks for walking me home, Sweets. And thanks for having my back earlier. Youâre always there when I need you.âÂ
His face was gentle, lit softly by the porch light as his eyes searched your face.
âAnd youâre always there for me. We look out for each other - thatâs what friends do, right?â
You felt a stab in your gut at the word âfriendsâ, and you took a half-step back as you realized how close the two of you were.Â
âWell, still, Pennyâs gonna be out of my blood now and you didnât have to risk being pulled into it, so thank you.âÂ
You gave him a hug, throat going tight at the feeling of his arms around you. Pulling back with a cough, you gave him a smile and murmured goodnight before twisting around to unlock your door. Before you could disappear inside, Sweet Pea grasped your wrist, tugging you gently to look back at him.
âDonât do that. Donât brush off my help and think I give a shit that sticking up for you could get me in trouble. Iâll protect you no matter what, even if it kills me, ok?â
You were stunned and speechless, stood gawping at him until it was his turn to mumble a farewell and stride down the pathway. Collecting yourself, you headed inside, and as you shut the door behind you, your eyes met Sweet Peaâs as he stood on the pavement in front of your house, waiting till you were safely inside before he left.
Leaning back against the cool wood of the front door, you slumped down onto the floor of your dark hallway, head in your hands.
Summary: Sweet Pea's birthday at the Whyte Wyrm and reader is trying to her best friend to see her as more.
Warning(s):Swearing(duh its a Sweet Pea fic), fluff, Sweet Pea being sweet
Note: This is my first fic so be sweet to me. I wrote this on my phone so be warned. Also I don't see Sweet Pea as the hella smooth type with a girl he actually likes so just letting you kno. A like and Comment would be awesome. (And I'll add u to the taglist)
Word Count: 3k+
Carefully dragging the black velvety mascara across your thick lashes you gaze into the bedroom vanity mirror. Confidence burning brightly in your e/c eyes. Your baby hairs laid with precision and your thick h/c curls tucked neatly into Bantu knots. On your lips, you wore blood red lipstick topped with cherry flavored lip gloss.
A certain someone's favorite flavor.
You fastened the clasp of your studded choker as you whip around to face your bestie gazing down at her phone sprawled out on your bed. You cleared your throat. The pink haired girlâs head snapped up.
âT, What do you think?â You hummed placing hands on your hips giving the outfit it's full effect.
Your serpent jacket purposely hung off your shoulders. The black lace bralette left your midriff and more importantly your serpent tattoo just above your right boob exposed. Â A tight little leather skirt hugged your curvy waist while fishnets graced your long legs. Cherry red snakeskin stilettos decorated your feet.
âDrop Dead, Y/n! Drop Dead!â Toni smirked getting off the bed. Now standing almost 6â in your heels you easily dwarf the petite serpent next to you. Â âYou think so?â You cheesed down at Toni biting your bottom lip.
âY/n you're probably gonna give every guy in the Wyrm a heart attack.â Toni nods elbowing Y/n. âShit I was going for full-blown cardiac arrest.â You shrugged following Toni out of the cramped trailer as you both burst into laughter.
âŚ
You inhale deeply clearing every insecurity from your head as you glare with determination at the red neon lights. The entrance of the Whyte Wyrm erupted into catcalls and whistles as you and Toni step in.
âTake a look at, Babes.â An older serpent howled calling you by the nickname bestowed upon you for being the youngest member to pass initiation. Being low on family, having your dad, a former serpent, locked away, and desperately needing someone to watch your back made you a prime candidate.
You canât help but roll eyes to the back of your skull and sneer. You weren't a baby anymore.
âY/n Iâm gonna go grab some drinks,â Toni snickered sashaying to bar.
Upon spotting the gang a devilish grin spread across your face as you practically glided to the pool table where they were waiting. Sweet Pea busy hustling a couple younger serpents. Judging by Fangs and Jugheadâs slack jaws your outfit was a home run. Easily making your uncertainty wain a little more.
âY/n Y/n Y/n Serpent Chic for sure.â Cheryl singsonged as you stood pulling your best femme fatale pose.
âI approve.â Jughead nodded in agreement.
âDamn Babes! Cheryl better watch out sheâs not the only bombshell in Riverdale! You put Bad in Badass!â Fangs declared catching an elbow from Cheryl and a death glare from yours truly.
âDoesnât she always.â Sweet Pea deadpanned lining up his shot and you place a hand on his broad shoulder and leaning in.
âDamn straight I do.â You tease speaking warmly into his ear just as he pulled back to pocket his shot. Hitting the ball much harder than intended Sweet Pea missed the striped ball he was aiming for by a long shot.
âShit Pea! Is that all it takes to throw you off your game?â The smaller of the two opposing serpents taunted.
You took a step back giggling as Sweet Pea whipped around to face you. His imposing frame usually caused anyone with half a brain to slink back after invoking his wrath. Not you. Especially not tonight.
âWhat The Fu-â His frustration fades into shock as he takes in your attire of the night.
So much different than your usual baggy t-shirt, a flannel tied around your waist and some ripped jeans tucked into your boots. Your signature untameable curls slicked and smoothed into submission. Your heels boosting you pass shoulder level so you both met eyes.
You could tell he was searching for somethingâŚanything to say. Sweet Pea was a far cry away from the strong silent type which made this moment all the more hilarious.
Bullseye! You had gotten his attention. Your palms heat up ever so slightly.
âWoah!â was all Sweet Pea could muster as Toni strode up with drinks in hand. You snatch up three and sit between Jughead and Fangs handing them each a glass, but not before brushing past Sweet Pea and saying, âSweets you better shut your mouth before you catch flies.â Your usual sassy attitude seemed to pull him back down to earth. He recognized the y/n he was used to behind your Southside siren facade.
âYou can always shut it for me if youâre worried.â He snarked right back squaring his shoulders as he took a shot glass from Toni. Â She took her seat next to Cheryl pecking her on the cheek as she did. Sweet Pea resumes his pool game, every once and awhile his deep brown eyes stealing glances at you. Youâd make faces each time heâd let you catch him looking. Your cheeky friendship drove all his girlfriends wild often being the cause of quite a few break-ups. You and Sweet Pea have known each other for quite a long time. Pea had been there when your mom skipped town with your twin brothers when you were 11. He was there when your dad went on trial and got sentenced. Â The two of you were inseparable ever since he turned up looking to join the serpents 2 years after you. You couldn't keep your ruby lips from curling into a smile at that memory.
...
An all too familiar wiry dark haired 13-year-old boy had taken quite a few blows as he made his way up the line of serpents. A couple to the ribs and two both shoulders and another straight to the face. Yet he was steady wobbling down the line. His dark brown eyes finally met yours and he stood straighter and laughed. Which came out more as an overconfident wheeze. âWhat are you supposed to be? Let me guess the Serpentâs very own junior cheerleader?â He snickered from behind a bloody nose and busted lip staring down at you. Your h/c curls completely untamed dangling just over your brows with a black bow with an emerald green snake dead in the middle peeking through the curls on the left side. An agitated grin pressed on your lips clenching your brown hands even tighter around the two bike chains woven around your knuckles. Squaring your shoulders you punch him dead in his stomach throwing the entirety of your 12-year-old body weight into him. His breath hitches as his knees meet slick grass. Blood spews from behind his formally curled lips. You had been practicing that hit for weeks. He kills over in an astonishing amount of agony. He glares up at your snide grin. For a second his eyes gleam with slight admiration only for his sharp jaw to met by your worn black canvas sneakers. âWelcome to the pep rally, Bitch.â You chime folding your arms across your chest as he curled into himself grasping his now steadily swelling jaw. âBabes! Watch your fucking mouth!â Tall Boy hissed lightly cuffing the back of your head before giving a shoulder tight squeeze as he nodded in approval. Â
....
âAlright, boys pay up!â Sweet Pea said slamming a large hand on the table as he sunk his final ball. The two younger boys grumbled pulling crumpled 10s from their pockets and depositing two each into Peaâs awaiting palm. Sweet Pea beamed stuffing the bills into his jeans pocket. Â
âJones, Whereâs your Northside Princess? She too good to celebrate with anybody other than the Jones or did her invite to my little birthday bash get lost in the mail?â Pea snickered pressing all Jugheadâs buttons just for the hell of it.
âActually Sweet Pea Betty is-â âBusy picking up the cake. I'm glad you missed me. I was starting to think no one noticed.â The blonde hummed placing a decent sized cake decorated as a serpents jacket surround by Sweet Peaâs signature flowers onto the pool table.
âDamn!... you guys know, I would have been fine with just a milkshake from Popâs.â Sweet Pea grinned from ear to ear. His genuinely pleased expression traded between the cake and his friends and back again.
âIt's not every day you turn 16, Sweet Pea! Happy Birthday.â Betty smiled handing him the Popâs bag revealing none other than Sweet Peaâs shake of choice. A Chocolate cherry milkshake with two cherries on top. âCooper, I could kiss you.â The large dark-haired boy gleamed pulling the northsider into a bear hug.
Your skin crawled with an unwanted heat. Jealousy boiling just beneath your skin. Â You couldnât help but wish to be in her place.
âPea, how about you don't break my girlfriend?â Jughead jeered a little tensely seemingly just as uncomfortable with the display of affection as you. Â
Sweet Pea releases her and Betty promptly deposits herself right next to her boyfriend.
âI'm fine, Juggie. Plus Sweet Pea you should be thanking Y/n it was all her idea.â The blonde nodded winking at you.
âHey, it'd be a crime not to get a shake to top it off.â You shrug glancing away from him doing your best to keep your embarrassment out of your face. You had a rep of being a hard ass, and doing something so sugar sweet like this could ruin it. Â Sweet Pea wasted no time sliding over the pool table and snatching you up from seat to swing you around. An overwhelming bliss fell over you as his toned arms wrapped themselves perfectly around your soft waist. The room nearly disappeared in the seconds you spun in his warm embrace. âWho knew the resident Whyte Wyrm gremlin could be a sweetheart?â He chuckled. Without missing a beat Pea planted a peck on your forehead as he placed you down. You couldn't have been more thankful that your brown skin hid the warm blush crawling across your cheeks. A goofy smile plastered itself to your face while you tugged down the fitting leather skirt that had rode up your hips. This display of affection didn't go unnoticed. Especially a particularly cheeky serpent in a sleeveless denim vest and a gray crew cut tee.
âOk Pea!â Fangs snickered with a raised eyebrow as if he knew something no one else did. Sweet Peaâs dark brown eyes buck as the two serpents have a hostile silent exchange. That ended with Pea huffing and Fangs grinning wildly. Toni put a hand to mouth to hold her laughter as she saw the look of absolute terror flare across your features.
The plan to win Peaâs heart still could backfire.
God what if he rejects me.
âLet's just cut the fuckin cake.â Sweet Pea snarled as his usually olive cheeks were now rosy. He stepped over and snagged up the shake giving it his full attention as he slurped it down.
You glared at Fangs mouthing What the actual fuck, but he just cheesed playfully making goo-goo eyes and kissy faces.
Betty being ever prepared produced mini black party plates and plastic cutlery from her purse. She passed them around the circle of friends and handed Sweet Pea a plastic knife.
âDo the honors already, Birthday Snake!â Cheryl chimed impatiently picking at her nails. Toni rolled her eyes so far back you were sure they almost got stuck. Â
âWho invited, the Powerpuff reject, again?â Sweet Pea sneered. Â âPlay nice you two.â You giggle passing out the sparklers from your shallow back pocket. You motion to Pea for his lighter that you know was tucked in his back pocket which he gives willingly. His warm fingers graze your much cooler ones as he places the lighter in your expectant palm. It takes all your willpower to stay on task and light the sparklers instead of begging Sweets to show you what his large warm hands could really do.
Fangs started to lead the usual birthday song as he stood waving his sparkler through the air as if he were conducting an orchestra. The small gang of friends can't help but join the over-enthusiastic goofball. Sweet Pea's mask of irritation fades into one of pure unadulterated pleasure. You weren't sure why every time he pulled a smile like that your heart melted but it did.
âŚ
Bodies swayed in the dim lighting of the Wyrm to the yet another pop song. Fangs and you danced yourselves breathless next to Toni and Cheryl.
You lean against a nearby beam as a slow song filters through the speakers.
âGo get your man, Babes.â Fangs whispers nudging you toward the bar where Sweet Pea sat next Jughead with his elbows pressed into legs quietly chatting about something you couldn't quite make out. Â
âHowâd-â âOne you're hella obvious and two Toni told me.â Fangs cut you off pressing a finger to lips before spinning you around and shoving you toward Pea and Jughead.
Your heartbeat at a rabbitâs pace as you marched toward what seemed like the moment that could end your entire life. Your palms became impossibly warm and sweaty. Sweet Pea smiled when he noticed you making over to the two of them.
That made it worst. You almost stop knowing if you get any closer you might melt. A full-blown puddle.
Pea was the only guy that could do that to you. His dark brown eyes trace your body as if he's hypnotized until you are standing in front of him.
Neither you or Pea speak. Your eyes locked on one another in an amazed intrigue. World's best-staring contest.
Jughead clears his throat while he excuses himself to get what has to be his 4th slice of cake.
You swallow the butterflies that had made their way from your stomach and up your esophagus. âSweets?â
âYea, Babes?â
You couldn't help but roll your eyes and he just smirked giving you his full attention. He actually met your e/c eyes and not the ridge of the deep plunge of your top.
Shit
âDo you...Do you think...you... wanna dance?â You peep chickening out as your nerves get the better of you. Suddenly your heels become the most interesting thing in the room as you stare down at them in defeat.
âL/n, I've got two left feet.â He deadpanned nervously rubbing the back of his neck as he stood up. Â
âOh, yea⌠I know I just...â You shrugged fidgeting as you pull on the lacey tassels hanging from your bralette.
His palm slowly came into view. You snap your head up to see Sweet Pea making the same goofy expression as you.
Excited.
Anxious.
Slightly buzzed.
Each having thrown back their fair share of drinks tonight.
You take his hand pulling him to the edge of the swaying couples. He hesitates. Just long enough for you to notice.
As if he suddenly remembered where he was his hands found their way to your hips just as yours came to rest around his neck. Your bodies sway in sync with the steady rhythm of the slow Taylor Swift song.
âYou remember when you were in love with her? I do.â He asked poorly holding back his laughter. âI have no idea what you're talking about.â You said shoving him just as you stop mouthing the words. He doesn't even budge. âYou sure as hell do.â He corrected
âShut the hell up, Sweets!â âAm I doing this right?â Sweet Pea hummed leaning to rest his forehead against yours.
âSweets, how is there a way to do this wrong?â You snarked twirling the charcoal curl at the nape of his neck.
âL/n, you drive me fucking crazy.â He sighed biting his lip as he pulls you closer. Â
âWhere to Miss Daisy?â You quipped daring to look up and met his gaze. You can't help but give Pea all your attention. You're simply transfixed by the stillness of his eyes even though you can feel his jagged heartbeat and warm palms pressed into your exposed back.
âL/n you're a bad bitch!â
âShit Sweets! It's about damn time you notice.â
âTrust me, I've noticed.â Pea grinned tracing a finger across the smoothed baby hairs closest to your ear.
âWatch it, Sweets, I might actually be flattered.â You joke moving to clutch you imaginary pearls.
âSee what I mean?â
âOnly if you show meâŚâ You speak faster than you had time to stop yourself. Before you could think of some smartass joke to laugh your way out of it Sweet Pea's lips crashed into yours. Â
You weren't exactly sure what you expected but it wasn't this.
His lips were soft and gentle, but somehow astonishingly passionate. He seemed like he was trying his very best not break you like he was holding back. You sling your arms around his neck tugging him closer to deepen the kiss. You tangle your fingers into his thick midnight waves. Â
Sweet Pea paused just for a moment as he twirled the h/c curl at the nape of your neck. He nips at your bottom lip for entrance. You don't give. He became rougher this time biting forcefully enough to cause you to moan and open enough to allow him in. Your tongues battle for dominance. And for a moment you could have sworn you had won only for Sweet Pea to overpower you.
As oxygen became short Pea's lips snake down to your neck. Â Sharp harsh stings followed by warm soft apologizes placed as his lips, teeth, and tongue travel down your neck.
Bliss fades into reality as words âSHUT UP AND DANCE WITH ME!â blared over the speakers. You break apart to see the look of warm confusion in each other's faces.
âDoes this mean you like-like me, Sweets?â You smile batting your eyelashes up at him.
He lifts you from the ground with his muscular arms stretched around your waist.
âDon't think my tongue in your mouth could mean much else, but Hell Yea, Babes! Hell Yeah!â Sweet Pea beamed spinning you effortlessly in circles.
Fangsâ lips stretched in a grin from ear to ear.
âToni, I did it.â He congratulated himself turning to petite haired serpent only to find her tongue deep in her favorite redhead. âAhhh young love.â Fangs cheered downing a shot before heading to pick up that blonde too good to be true northsider that had hit on him earlier.
Y/n: oh. my. god! *laughing* Sweet Pea: Wait, why aren't you wearing a uniform? Y/n: I let my mom pick out my clothes, so I can gradually add my style back in. Y/n: Is this why I saw Fangs storm out earlier? Toni: Yeah, he wouldn't wear it. So they suspended him.
Description: Y/N is just about the most important thing in Sweet Peaâs life. Sheâs also been gone for over a month, dealing with family business. Now sheâs back and not wasting a second. When they get back home, thereâs an unexpected redhead at the door.
Y/Nâs POV:
I parked in front of Southside High, taking a deep breath. âMan, itâs been awhile,â I thought. I turned the ignition off and grabbed my serpent jacket from the passenger seat. Stepping out of the car, I slipped my jacket on over my loose white shirt. I pushed my keys in the pocket of my high waisted dark blue jeans and pulled out my phone to text my best friend, Toni.
To: Toni
Hey you, still on? Iâm heading in.
She replied within seconds.
From: Toni
Yup! He doesnât know a thing. See you soon.
A small half-smile made its way to my lips as I put my phone away and walked into the familiar school. I made my way through the halls and walked into the cafeteria. I could feel eyes on me as my heeled black booties clicked on the floor. Toni made eye contact with me as Sweet Peaâs back faced me. The Serpents that could see me all stopped and looked at me, then back to Sweet Pea with smirks on their faces. I gave them all a look that said, âbe quietâ.
I did my best to silence my steps as I stood behind him, crossing my arms with a hip out, âSo, what have you losers been up to without me?â I donât think Iâve ever seen Sweet Pea stand up so fast, turning to face me. I smiled up at him, putting my arms around his waist loosely, âHey there, handsome.â He pulled me to his chest and I could smell the very familiar scent of leather and pine. âI missed you, princess,â he mumbled into my hair, ensuring no one else could hear. âI missed you too, Pea.â
I pulled back from the hug and sped over to the other side of the table to pull Toni into a bone crushing hug. âGod, itâs been so boring without you y/n/n.â I chuckled and pulled back, âOh Toni, I know.â I walked over and sat by Sweet Pea, letting him swing an arm over my shoulders. âSo, what has been going on with me gone? Anything new?â I asked. âWell, if you look to your left, youâll see that Jughead Jones has come to join us.â I looked over at him with my eyebrows raised and a small smirk, âOh, really now? Well, Mr.Jones. Iâm Y/N. Itâs nice to finally meet you.â He looked kind of awkward and gave a small nod, as if to say âYou tooâ.
---
I was in a deep conversation with Toni and Fangs when I felt a hand on my inner thigh. I tried to ignore it as Toni informed me about everything Iâve missed; The Black Hood, The Red Circle. Sweet Peaâs hand kept inching higher. I pressed my lips together before speaking up, âYeah, okay. Youâre all gonna have to survive without Sweet Pea for today.â I stood up from the table and looked down at him, âYou, mister, are coming home with me.â I started to leave. You couldnât miss the smirk on his face or the wolf whistles and hollers from the other Serpents as he ran after me.
---
Sweet Pea fell down next to me as we both tried to catch our breath. A loud knock came to the front door and I groaned, sitting up. âI got it.â I stood up from the bed and pulled on my robe, quickly tying it around my waist and heading to the front door, opening it. On the other side was a redhead wearing a letterman jacket. âHi, how can I help you?â I said. âUm, Iâm looking for Sweet Pea. Is he here?â My eyebrows rose, âWhoâs asking?â âArchie Andrews.â I looked at him with question in my eyes, âDoesnât sound familiar,â I paused and hollered back towards the bedroom, âBabe! Itâs someone named Archie Andrews.â Just when I spoke, Sweet Pea came out of the bedroom in his jeans. Walking up behind me and putting a protective hand on my waist, he had an angered look on his face, âYou have a lot of nerve coming here.â Knowing that tone and look, I took it he wasnât a friend. âLook, I donât like you just as much as you donât like me. But we havenât been able to get ahold of Jughead since the whole Betty thing. Just want to make sure heâs okay.â I could tell Pea was getting angry, âHeâs doing just fine, with his family.â
Shock etched itself onto Archieâs face, âYou donât mean...he actually joined the serpent's?â Â You could cut the testosterone and anger in the air with a knife. So, I decided it was my turn to speak. âI think itâs best you leave. If you canât get ahold of Jughead, itâs because he doesnât want to talk to you,â and before he could respond, I closed the door. Turning around and leaning my back into it, I sighed, leaning up to press a quick kiss to Sweet Peaâs lips.

Day:28 Pool party Serpents x FTM!Reader + Betty cooper
SerpentsÂ
Sweet Pea
"Y/N you've been staring into the mirror for a while, what's wrong?" He asked, walking up behind you. Looking down you traced your scars with your finger. Sweet pea had never said anything about them, but you were still scared of what people would say.Â
"I don't know if I should go" You confessed,he wrapped his arms around you.
"Of course you should" He exclaimed "Your scars aren't a weakness, they're your victories. You shouldn't be ashamed of them." You turned to face him, pulling him into a kiss.
"Thank you Sweetie" You chuckled "let's go"
You were both sitting down by the pool, your legs in the water. You were wearing one of Sweet pea's flannels, completely unbuttoned showing off your scars. Nobody had said anything. You leaned your head on his shoulder.
"Sweet pea I love you" He wrapped his arms around your waist, pulling you close.
"I love you too" You kissed him.
Jughead Jones
"How about we stay here instead, maybe get some pop's?" You suggest to Jughead,he was working on another article.
"Sure, but I thought you wanted to go?" He questioned, but you just shook your head.
"Not anymore" He looked up at you, confused.
"Something wrong?"He asked,standing up.
"No,I'm fine. I just rather stay here with you" You kissed him quickly. "I'm gonna go pick up pop's,the usual?" He nodded, giving you another kiss before leaving.Â
As you made it back and found Jughead still sat down on the couch,he was still writing away. Putting the bag down in front of him,he looked up at you.Â
"Y/N can I talk to you about something?"Â
"Sure"Â
"Did something happen? Is there something bothering you? Why donât you wanna go?" You decide to tell him.
"Because of these" Taking your shirt off, showing off your scars. "You're the only other person who's seen them."
"Y/N I'm sorry,I didn't mean to"Â
"It's alright,I'm just not ready for someone else to see them." You put your shirt back on.
"Just know I'm here whenever you're ready" He pressed his lips to your forehead, you laughed.
"Come on before the food gets cold"
joaquin desantos
"You ready to go love?" Joaquin asked, walking in. You were sat down on your bed,he sat down next to you. "Something wrong?"
"Maybe I shouldn't go"Â
"What why?" You looked down, avoiding his eyes. "What's bothering you?"
"This" You said, lifting your shirt to show your scars "Can't exactly go to a pool party without having everyone see them."
"Y/N nobody's gonna say anything and if they do the serpents will be there" He gave you a kiss, your hands tangled into his hair. He pulled away. "If you start this we won't be getting out anytime soon" He grabbed your hand "come one"Â
Like Joaquin had said,no one said anything and you were getting more comfortable with your scars. You were in the pool when he pushed you against a corner, pushing his body against yours. You kissed him, your fingers moving to his hair again.
"Thank you" you whisperedÂ
"For what?"
"For everything" He smiled at you as you pulled him into a kiss.Â
Toni Topaz
You had been hesitant about going, but she practically dragged you there. You were sitting down next to the other serpents, who were all shirtless making you look really out of place. Toni walked up to you holding two glasses.
âThanksâYou took one of them as she sat down next to you.
âArenât you too hot in that?âShe asked, gesturing to your shirt. You definitely were but you didnât want anyone to see your scars.Â
âNo,I'm fine.âYou lied, which you hated doing to her. Looking down at your glass, you decide to be honest âActually I'm not,itâs too hot but canât take this offâYou pulled at your shirt, her face dropped.
âY/N iâm sorry. But I'm always here for you,no matter what anyone says.âShe tugged lightly on your shirt. âY/N I just wanted you to know I'm proud of you,I can't imagine what it would be like to go through that. But youâre not alone,weâre all by your side if anyone says anything theyâll regret it.â You gave her a kiss
âThank you ToniâYou took of your shirt and she moved closer to you
âIâm always here for my boyfriendâShe said, putting emphasis on the last word.
âYouâre the best girlfriend everâ
Bonus:
Betty cooper (Trigger warning-TRANSPHOBIC TALK)
It was no secret that Alice Cooper wasnât too fond of you,she made it pretty clear that she wouldnât like anyone her daughter dated. She seemed to hate you for some reason, but you loved Betty and nothing could stand in your way. You were both lying on your bed, cuddling when you thought about that night when you stayed over at her place.
~You woke up in the middle of the night for a glass of water, when you heard Alice and Hal down stairs.Â
âWe need to talk to Betty,it's never gonna work out for her with Y/N. My daughter deserves a real man,who can give her anything she wants like kidsâYou could feel your heart breaking at her words. You just walked back into Bettyâs room, but you didnât cuddle her or pull her close this time. You left early that morning not wanting to encounter Hal or especially Alice.~
You had never told her about what you heard and even tried to distance yourself from her. Alice was right you couldnât give her everything she wanted, and the whole kids thing would be full of hardships in fact her whole life would be if she stayed with you. Looking into the bathroom mirror, tracing your scars when suddenly the door opened.Â
âThere you are,weâre gonna be lateâBetty said, before looking down âSomething wrong? Did my mom say something to you?âShe questioned moving closer to you. âY/N whatever she said is not true i love you,and she canât change thatâ
âI love you tooâYou felt her hand on your chest, lightly tracing one of your scars.
Bettyâs words kept running through your head â i love you,and she canât change thatâ you smiled remembering them. You were happy and didnât care what anyone thought of you. Betty sat down next to you.
âI think this is the first time youâve been shirtless in public,âShe said, giving you a smile along with a quick kiss.Â
âWhy are you jealous of other girls looking at me?âYou teased âDonât worry i only have eyes for youâYou pulled her close, she laughed
Day:13 Masquerade ball Veronica lodge x Male!Reader
âA northsider could never date a serpent,it just wouldnât work outâ Thatâs what you heard over and over again. When you were all transferred to Riverdale high, you met Veronica and were instantly smitten by her. She was incredibly nice, good looking and strong. But you already knew it wouldnât work out,in one part thanks to her dad and that she didnât seem to like the serpents.Â
But there was still a chance, the school was throwing a masquerade ball for the new students. Jughead had told you that sheâd be there,so you were already making sure that you looked good. Finally it was the night of the ball, somehow Jughead mangeded to get you a picture of her, showing her mask and dress,so you could find her. You quickly found her, standing by the drinks.
âWowâYou said out loud and she heard you,she smiled at you.
âWow yourselfâ Both of you laughed. âDo you wanna dance?âShe asked.
âIâd love toâ
She was surprisingly a very good dancer, she moved closer to you. You didnât even care about the music anymore. But you noticed when the song ended.
âDo you wanna get a drink?âShe asked, you nodded following her. She seemed to like you so far, which was amazing. Before you reached her,Jughead pulled you aside.
âSo howâs it going?âHe asked.
âIâd say itâs good so farâ
âGood,we got everything readyâHe said, waving to your grupp of Serpents down the hall.
âThank youâ You walked back in.
âWhere were you?â
âSorry, one of my friends needed to tell me somethingâ
âIs everything alright?â
âYeah, nothing to worry about. Actually thereâs something I want to show youâ She followed you out of the school to the back near the field.
âSo what did you wanna show me?âYou reached for your mask, taking it off. âY/N,wow i didnât know you could dance like thatâShe smiled at you, reaching for her mask. When you didnât react she asked. âIs there something wrong?â
âNo,I knew that i was you from the startâ
âSo you were looking for me?â
âYes,I have been trying to talk to you for a while. But I didnât think youâd like someone whoâs a Serpentâ She put her hand on your arm.
âY/N I donât care that youâre a Serpent,I just thought you didn't like me because you never spoke to me. I actually asked Jug about you to get to know you betterâ
âWait so we both like each other?â
âI guess soâShe laughed, making you laugh too. âSo do you wanna go out sometime?â
âOf course,we should head back in before they notice weâre goneâ Â
