Your mom was smart, and she knew you well. Enough to know that she could ensure your agreement by telling you that the android being assigned to protect you would be permanently deactivated if you didn’t agree to accept it as your bodyguard. You’d thought you’d been neutral about the potential android uprising, but you always hated to hear about androids being needlessly destroyed. Maybe you’d been subconsciously rooting for the deviants, not that it mattered now.

Connor arrived on your doorstep the following day, neat as a pin in dark jeans and a grey android-branded jacket. Your mom had told you that he’d been assigned to the DPD to get to the bottom of the deviant problem. He’d succeeded, and in the process, had rendered himself obsolete. He’d been replaced by an upgraded model, and had been scheduled to be dismantled before your mom had intervened. She felt that an android with his skills would be exactly what was needed to keep you safe and give her peace of mind. When you heard what he was capable of, you had to reluctantly agree.

For three weeks, you’d gone about your daily life with him trailing behind you. He was curt and humourless, evidently seeing no need to mimic warmer behaviour to make you more comfortable. In a way, you were glad. At least you knew where you stood with him. He wasn’t a deviant, but if you didn’t know better, you might have said he was angry. Not in terms of lashing out or raising his voice, but a steady, constant rage bubbling just below the surface. Did he somehow resent his assignment with you? Maybe he saw it as a demotion of sorts. Another sign that he’d fulfilled his purpose and was no longer important. Perhaps he was slowly coming to regret stopping the growing movement that might have granted him freedom. You’d never know, because he was smart enough to hide any signs of deviancy he might be feeling, but you wondered.

He was not the major intrusion to your life that you’d feared, but even still, you hated never being truly alone. Even when you took a shower, you knew he wasn’t far outside the door. You fell asleep seeing the twin shadows of his feet at the bottom of your bedroom door. If you bumped into an acquaintance on the street, they only chatted for a few minutes before Connor’s off-putting, suspicious stare scared them away. The longer time passed with not even the faintest hint of a threat towards you, the more it all started to grate.

If he’d been human, you were certain that Connor would have spent most of his assignment bored out of his mind. Perhaps he’d even have started to resent you. Perhaps he secretly did, although you didn’t like that thought. You found him difficult to read, more of a machine than any other android you’d known, and yet there was that spark in his eyes. The anger that you’d ruminated on before.

CyberLife had been desperately trying to claw back the public’s trust after the incident with deviancy. When you reached out to your mom, she admitted that it wasn’t going well. They’d tried to persuade Elijah Kamski to step in and salvage the situation, but apparently he’d refused. People were concerned, wary and scared. No promise from CyberLife could guarantee that such a thing wouldn’t happen again. When you’d been out and about with Connor, you’d seen an uptick in negative reactions towards him. They rolled off him like raindrops, but they bothered you. You started to worry that your bodyguard might end up being the unwitting cause of something he’d need to protect you from.

You contacted CyberLife and your mom, requesting permission to remove Connor’s LED and dress him in human clothes. You cited your concerns and argued that a bodyguard that drew attention was automatically ineffectual. They agreed to the clothing but not the LED, so you bought him a beanie to wear whenever you left your apartment. He dressed in his new, unmarked jacket without comment and obligingly wore the beanie. If he had any sort of opinion about it all, he did not share it. You wondered if he realised you were trying to keep him safe; that you’d been doing that all along. You became more and more convinced that he resented you, somewhere, underneath his programming. You still had no idea if there was any foundation to it or if it was a narrative you were creating in your head.

Word had been spreading about an anti-CyberLife group that had been gaining traction online. It was led by people who had lost loved ones to androids. Their goal was to force the shutdown of the company altogether, thus stopping the production plants. One name among the ringleaders caused a small, almost missable flicker in Connor’s LED, and you realised he knew them. When you did your own research later that night, you discovered that it was the mother of a little girl he had once rescued from a hostage situation. The family android had snapped and killed her husband, then threatened the life of her child. You could understand where her anger came from, but she was blatantly ignoring the fact that an android had saved her daughter. You didn’t expect the two events to be comparable in her mind; naturally she was going to be angry and fearful, and that would leave a greater impact on her than what Connor had done. But disregarding his involvement altogether felt dishonest.

Connor became concerned when there were reports of protests turning violent. Well, as concerned as he allowed himself to be, which was strictly from a professional standpoint. He tried to limit your trips out, which led to a surprisingly heated argument. You compromised, cutting out a few non-essential journeys, but insisted that you were still going to work every day. You wouldn’t be going anywhere near a CyberLife store, let alone the tower. There was no reason for him to overreact.

Until there was.

As had been the fear from day one, you found yourself the subject of an attempted kidnapping. That was the best-case scenario, at least. The group of people that rushed you in the parking lot of your apartment building were armed with a variety of weapons. In your shocked state, you spied guns, baseball bats, and a couple of items that you were pretty sure belonged in a toolbox. Lightning fast, the thought that they might be out for blood instead of a bargaining chip whipped through your head, and your body turned to ice.

Connor shot into action with no hesitation, pulling you behind him and shoving you towards the door. You went, swiping your key card with shaky hands, but you paused in the doorframe. You didn’t want to leave him, despite knowing that he was just doing his job, that he was faster and stronger than you, and that he wasn’t alive.

In a blur of jaw-dropping motion, he tore weapons out of hands, struck or kicked people away, took them down again and again in ruthless but non-lethal moves. You winced as he got hit with the bats, but he barely reacted. It certainly didn’t slow him down.

The attackers were yelling, although you couldn’t make out what they were saying. Connor’s voice, however, was very clear.

“Shut that door!”

“Not without you!” you yelled back.

He knocked someone on the back of the head, not even waiting to see them tumble to the ground as he spun to face you. His LED was scarlet, his expression a mask of precise, controlled fury. When he barked your name, you actually jumped.

“Shut that fucking door!”

You had no time to respond, only to react to what you could see behind him. One of the people armed with a gun, raising it in a wobbly two-handed grip. They weren’t aiming at Connor, they were aiming at you. You didn’t know if your death had been their plan or if they were merely panicking in the wake of Connor’s unexpected assault. It didn’t matter. One of them had decided that you were an acceptable casualty.

A split-second’s look at your face was all Connor needed, then he was spinning again, walking quickly towards the would-be shooter. His retreating back blocked your view of them. He reached out, and you gasped as the gun went off, your ears ringing. The only sign that Connor had been shot was the neat hole that appeared on the back of his shoulder, a small trickle of blue blood starting to make its way downward. He brought his elbow down on the attacker’s head, and they slumped to the ground.

You watched, your heart pounding in your chest, as he casually threw the gun to one side, emptying out its remaining bullets. He turned on his heel and headed back to you, his dark eyes like chips of cold garnet.

“I told you to close that door,” he began, cutting himself short as he took in the expression on your face.

You weren’t sure what he was seeing: some combination of the fear, panic, confusion, and shock that was currently spinning in your head. Whatever it was, it brought an element of softness to his features for the first time in your short history together.

“Come on,” he said, gentler now. “Let’s get inside. The police are on their way.”

You stumbled backwards when he placed a guiding hand on your shoulder, standing numbly while he called for the elevator. You were aware of your heavy breathing, the rapid flutter of your heartbeat as your body began to process what had happened. Police and paramedics crowded your apartment as you and Connor gave statements. Your mom showed up too. At some point, so did an engineer, and you were glad to see them getting to work repairing Connor’s injury. They did so right there in the living room, as the android refused to let you out of his sight. Your mom seemed pleased about that, no doubt seeing it as confirmation that her instincts in assigning him to you had proved valid.

By the time they all finally left you alone, you had come out of your stupor enough to assure your mom that you were fine. She had two bodyguards of her own: one a stone-faced human man, one a new android model that had the same face as Connor. If you’d thought Connor was stoic and stern, it was nothing to the new one. He’d stood like an unnerving statue on the fringes of your living room, his pale eyes assessing everything. If he and Connor had communicated at all, they’d done so silently.

The peace after everyone was gone was blissful. You considered keeping things quiet, letting yourself enjoy it, but you had something urgent to address.

“Connor?” you spoke up, approaching his position by the window, where he was keeping an eye on the area below.

“Yes?”

“Thank you for what you did.”

“I was just accomplishing my mission.”

You bit back a flare of negative emotion at the words and tried again. “I’d be dead if not for you.”

“That’s unlikely.”

“When someone thanks you for something, the usual response is ‘you’re welcome’,” you couldn’t help saying.

His LED flickered amber briefly.

“I said it was unlikely because the perpetrator had never fired a gun before,” he insisted. “The chances of him actually hitting you were 21%.”

You let out a quiet, frustrated huff. “Then why did you walk right into that bullet like an idiot!?"

His LED flickered again, more rapidly this time.

"Not an idiot,” he fired back, “your bodyguard.” His tone took on a faint trace of sass, almost enough to derail you. “And you're welcome."

Surprise had you staring at him, wondering where this sudden evidence of a personality had come from. Was it real? Or had he opted to engage his social relations program in the wake of your ordeal?

“I don’t feel pain,” he went on. “My damaged components can be replaced. Blocking any chance of that bullet hitting you was the logical course of action.”

He was right, of course, and yet his clinical language caused something to twist unpleasantly in your belly. You would need to examine these odd reactions you were having to him, although you had a feeling that you already knew what they meant.

Of all the people to be attracted to, you lamented silently, and it’s the man-shaped murderbot who hates you.

“I don’t want you purposely putting yourself in harm’s way,” you said adamantly.

“It’s part of the task I was given.”

“Not necessarily. There are always options.”

“Any option that results in your injury or death is out of the question,” he retorted.

Fuck, it was rare to hear passion like that. Pity it was coming from a place of pure logic, where not a single iota of emotional investment was happening.

You let out a humourless laugh. “It’s funny hearing you say stuff like that, all serious and intense.”

His brow furrowed. “Why?”

“Because you sound like you really mean it, but…in reality, you don’t even like me.”

“I’m a machine,” he reminded you needlessly. “I have no opinion about you.”

The words should have stung you – did sting you for a moment – but then you noticed something interesting, something that gave you pause and made you wonder.

“Yeah?” you challenged. “Then why is your LED yellow?”

Connor’s eyelids flickered, his eyes widening fractionally in surprise. His hand twitched, as if he’d been about to raise it to his right temple but stopped himself.

The following days had been a blur. It had all felt like a filler episode due to how excruciatingly bored you were. Not to mention the exams were over now, so you were back to your old routine.

The hours you spent in the library felt shorter. And you didn't even need to run on coffee anymore. It was like any other day at the University.

Except one thing was a flaw in your routine.

Connor Anderson had long since found out that you were both stupid enough not to realize things sooner. And he had been very quiet about it.

It was as if he hadn't promised to lay off on the competition with you. Like you were back to zero all over again.

Maybe it was your fault. In a way. Due to how you reacted to him that day.

Even North was confused. Just a week ago, you were gushing about how you went home with Connor's jacket. How he had saved you from Jameson's captivity.

She thought it was the start of something new in your daily routine. A new issue to keep up with like she was watching the news.

But you had ultimately told her about everything. That the guy you've been playing video games with online had been Connor Anderson all along.

North was surprised of course. She told you to give it a shot. That you had made a mistake with pushing him away after finding out the truth.

The reaction you've given him wasn't on purpose either way. You were just.. startled.

When Connor had pieced together the clues and asked you the big question, you completely blew it.

Instead of reacting like a normal person and acting surprised, you were disappointed. And Connor almost seemed offended that you were. He was all the more happy that you were one of his closest friends online. But it wasn't the same case for you.

After that confrontation, you've been avoiding him for days.

Connor had tried approaching you after lectures, even tried sitting next to you. But you were maneuvering your way out of his grasp completely.

He was confused. A little hurt. Judging how he always seemed down when you ignore him when he tries to wave at you.

Like you were trying so much to see him as the guy from freshman year and not the one who was making an effort to be your friend.

Today wasn't any different. It had been five days in total since that day in your dorm. Five days since he fixed your doorknob. Five days since he suggested being friends.

North had been MIA the last 24 hours because her department was hosting the annual Founder's Day. She was working on MCing the first day of the celebration and had been working non stop on her script.

It was mentioned that every department should at least prepare a booth for the event during the first two days.

On the third day, everyone would stay until 7PM for the campfire. It was all they could talk about in the hallways.

Surprisingly enough, your professor had tasked you to overlook the booth and manage it's overall sales during the event. Basically supervise the entire thing because no one else would be up for the job except you.

You accepted it anyway. It was a good way to forget all about Connor and his constant whining about ignoring him.

That afternoon though, you've spent the rest of the day getting suggestions from different people. You also found out that Connor was supervising alongside you. Not that it bothered you or anything. The two of you were the most responsible after all.

With a clipboard on your hand, you gathered more and more suggestions until it was narrowed down to a particular theme.

It was settled then.

In your peripheral, you saw Connor talking with one of the girls in your class. If you weren't mistaken, her name was Izzy. She was a year older and had always asked either you or Connor for help during exams.

You saw how she absentmindedly grazed his arm as they talked. And Connor didn't seem to mind at all!

The girl was a senior and was hanging around third years just for the plot?

You turned away and tried focusing on the task at hand, organizing charts and figuring out what's best for the booth.

Some first years were helping out with the booth itself as they gathered around the tree shade. When you approached them and asked the progress, you were able to forget about Connor and Izzy just for a moment.

Just for a few seconds at least.

Founder's Day was in two days and everything seemed to be going pretty well. The seniors did everything they could to help despite worrying about their OJTs. The other years were pretty cooperative and active during meetings too.

But even if you tried to distract yourself from all that work, you still thought of him.

"Hey! Uh, Y/N, right? I'm Archie, one of your seniors. I heard from Professor Cole that you were the one handling all the work for the event." Archie introduced himself as he waved a hand at your way.

You turned and gave the guy a small smile in return.

"Yes, that's right." You replied back.

"Sorry we couldn't do more to help. We're working on this design project for a company that's in another city, so it gets pretty darn busy." He laughed, shoving a hand in the pocket of his hoodie.

Judging the guy in your perspective, he was pretty attractive. All the seniors looked like they belonged in the next Milan fashion show recruitment instead of the university.

The rumours about 4th year Engineering ruining your life was true. But they were wrong about having a glow down.

"No, no, it's fine. I totally get it. Congratulations on landing that deal, by the way. It must've been gruesome having to find clients that prestigious in this economy." You chuckled, shaking your head a bit before ending with a sigh.

"Thank you! When you become a senior yourself, I'd be happy to give you some pointers." Archie smiled softly, though you immediately knew he meant something by that.

You smiled in return, nodding.

"Of course! That'd be great." The wind blew softly in your hair as you spoke, a leaf getting tangled in the strands.

"Let me..." Archie stepped closer as he reached out and gently brushed off the leaf.

He didn't step away when the leaf was gone. He remained in your space as the wind died down.

You looked up, seeing his eyes more clearly now. They were a deep blue. Not piercing, but very deep. Somehow, you thought of a particular person's brown eyes. Eyes that looked like they belonged to a puppy rather than a human being.

What an odd thought.

Archie cleared his throat and finally stepped away, his shoulders slumping a little as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"Say, do you mind if you give me a little of your time during the campfire? I wanted to make it up to you as your senior for catching all the work for our department." He proposed, a small pink forming on the apples of his cheeks.

Back then, you would've rejected every form of romance because you were too scared to act on it. Or be distracted from your goal. But that was the past.

You wanted to say yes. You wanted to nod and tell him that it's a date. But all you could think about was Connor.

When you looked past Archie, you could see Connor looking at you already. He was with Izzy. She was talking and he was looking at you. Not her.

This was a fucking nightmare.

"I.. uhm... Sure! I-It sounds.. great! Just look for me or I'll come find you." You replied with a nervous chuckle as Archie's smile reached his ears.

"Perfect.. I will definitely be the one finding you." He said, before turning away with a wave.

Your shoulders gave out as if you had been holding your breath underwater for so long. Did you just say yes to that? That was unbelievable.

There was another guy that lived rent free in your mind and yet you said yes to some other guy?

God, you needed a coffee.

You needed to get back in the game. The old you would've been appalled by the thought of it.

"Y/N! We need your verdict here!" One of the second years called out from a distance.

"Coming!" You were suddenly pulled away from your thoughts as you rushed over to the second years to help.

This was going to be long and painful indeed.

When the first day of Founder's Day came, the university had been jam packed with students. They were checking out all the booths, eating food, having fun. North did MC the first part of the event as well as you stood in the crowd.

She was good at what she did and it was clear that being MIA for two days was so worth it.

Soon, the crowd dispersed into their own groups. The sciences and medical department did a booth that was somewhat similiar to a dunk tank, only it was slime.

There were tons of creative booths across the campus, but the Engineering department was definitely not ignored.

Your department came prepared with remote control robots to be put in a small arena for a fight. Like the thing in Big Hero 6.

It was very interactive and got so much attention. Sales were skyrocketing and the other display items were selling out.

Connor had been quiet the entire day as well. He maintained in his section of the booth and didn't speak to you at all.

He didn't even glance at you.

Somehow, that made your heart lurch. Did he not care anymore? Was he actually disappointed about the truth as well?

To be completely fair, you were just.. surprised. Maybe even scared. Because you've been competing with someone for years only to find out they're the same person you came to when you were at your lowest.

You didn't know what Connor thought about any of it. Because you didn't give him a chance to. You had completely shut him out without a word or explanation why you did so.

Eventually, he gave up. That's it then.

By the time you got to your dorm after all that chaos, there was still that lingering feeling of regret, maybe even jealousy that was plaguing your thoughts.

Seeing Izzy cling around him like a fucking leech? It made your blood boil in anger.

So that was it? He immediately moved on to another girl after promising all that shit to you that night?

It was repulsing. Connor Anderson wasn't even the type to entertain girls.

Perhaps.. he was doing it on purpose.

He knew it would catch your attention. And he was purposely playing along with Izzy just to spite you.

When you dressed down to a comfortable pajama set, you plopped down onto your desk chair and opened your computer.

You haven't really used it in a while besides writing reports or researching about the next project.

But then, something popped up from the screen.

It was the app you and Connor used to communicate with each other. Anonymously of course.

Apparently, he had sent a few messages the past few days; asking you what was wrong.

c0ncrete28: you werent at your dorm, suppose you were busy somewhere else?

c0ncrete28: i just want to know if i did something wrong so i can fix it

c0ncrete28: i saw you at the courtyard this morning and im pretty sure you saw me too

c0ncrete28: youre angry, im aware. but please give me a chance to understand whats really happening

c0ncrete28: Y/N i dont know how long ill be able to go on like this

Had he really been trying to reach out that bad?

You felt like a monster. Shutting him out like that without even giving him a proper explanation or goodbye.

Connor must've felt so confused.

But you weren't in the mood to feel down. You wanted to ease some stress for a bit.

Only way to do that was play games of course.

When you logged into Overwatch and was faced with the main menu, none of your friends were online. Including him.

So you played a few games for about thity minutes without a party.

It was boring of course. Whenever you played with him, you were always laughing about the next stupid thing or bullying him about whiffing.

But he wasn't here.

When an hour passed and you were just about to close your computer, someone was trying to invite you to their party.

You didn't know if you should accept or not. But you felt like you owed him something.

Obviously, you did. After ignoring him for so long and acting like he didn't exist whenever he reached out. It was only fair.

When you accepted it, Connor immediately moved.

misoosoop: why? did i have to?

c0ncrete28: no, but it wouldve been way more fun if you did

c0ncrete28: are you still angry? you cant leave me here guessing, you know

c0ncrete28: but if you dont wanna spill, then ill find out for myself

misoosoop: excuse me? i dont need to spill anything

misoosoop: did you invite me on purpose just to squeeze shit out of me?

c0ncrete28: not really, i knew i wouldnt get anything

c0ncrete28: we can just play if you want

misoosoop: ive been playing for an hour already, im gonna rest

c0ncrete28: we used to stay up until 4 back then

When you logged off, you didn't realize you've been holding your breath the entire time. Your heart was pounding like crazy.

It was the first time you spoke to him in a while.

You didn't even think that speaking to him as Connor and not c0ncrete28 wasn't gonna make your heart race like it wanted to pop out of your chest.

The realization hit you like a gunshot. You had to face him eventually. Because he was still trying.

The day of the campfire came soon and it was readful. Why? The entire campus was huddled main courtyard, some in the bleachers. It was packed.

The flames sparkled like wildfire spreading across the earth as you found a spot near the back, far from the main event.

Founder's Day couldn't be more tiring if you had to manage all of that on your shoulders.

Just as promised, Archie approached you with some steaming coffee and a boyish smile that reached the sun.

He sat beside you, turning to look at you for a moment before looking back at the crowd.

"It's really busy. Didn't think I'd see you here though. Are you alright?" He asked, nudging you gently on the shoulder.

"It's whatever. Prof said I'd get extra points on the next project so it's a win win. How's the OJT?" You returned as you accepted the coffee, taking small sips.

"Hm, sounds pretty worth it then. OJT is OJT. We're not being paid or getting extra points or anything. But we have higher chances in graduating with Latin honors. It's demanding, but it's whatever." He repeated bits of your words as he smiled again, sipping his own coffee in the meantime.

You nodded slowly, looking into the crowd as you tilted your head slightly.

In the distance, Connor was walking with Izzy again. She was holding his arm as she went on and on about something entirely boring again.

It was sickening.

As a matter of fact, you were jealous.

"Hey, Y/N. Earth to Y/N?" Archie called out, waving a hand in front of your face.

"Shit. Sorry. I just saw a really big bug in someone's hair. It was ridiculous."

Ridiculous indeed....

"A bug? I'd love to see that. Where?" Archie smiled, looking around the crowd for that non-existent bug.

You sighed, shaking your head.

"Must've been my imagination. Thanks for the coffee by the way. I'll pay you back." You said.

"Don't be silly. I said I'd make it up to you, right?" He chuckled, slowly bringing his face closer to yours.

Archie blinked, his Adam's apple bobbing slightly as he prepares himself.

"Look, I don't mean to be a creep. But.. I've liked you for a few months now. I was.. thinking.. maybe you'd like to go out on a date with me?" Archie asked, tilting his head slightly.

He was a capable man. He was attractive, popular, and smart.

But to you, Connor Anderson was a hundred times better than Archie.

Hell, he was better than all of the guys in the entire University.

You stared at Archie as he leaned closer and closer. Was he trying to kiss you before you even got to say anything?

You cleared your throat, opening your mouth to speak when someone else did.

"Y/N." Connor approached the two of you, grasping your arm as he tugged you to stand up.

"I need to talk to you." He said, ushering you to follow him as Archie just stared between you two.

"Hey, I was talking to her first." Archie stood up, trying to step between you and Connor.

Connor's jaw only tightened at the sight of another man trying so desperately to breathe your way like that.

"I just need to speak to her. It's urgent." Connor insisted, his grip becoming a little more gentle as he looked at you.

"Archie, it's fine. I'll be back soon." You said, nodding at Archie as you turned to Connor.

With that, he led you to the back of the dormitories where no one would disturb the two of you.

He stopped just a few feet away from you as you stood near the wall with your hands behind your back.

What was he gonna say?

Is he gonna be angry about what happened?

Did he hear what Archie said?

"You like older guys now?" He asked, though it didn't sound like a question at all.

It was as if he was taunting you. Giving hints that he didn't like what was happening anymore.

"What?" You returned, raising a brow at him.

"What did I do wrong exactly? I get that I've been an ass to you, but I really wanted to change that." He started, finding the right words to express how he really felt.

His jaw clenched.

"I did lie to you though. I didn't wanna be your friend. I didn't want to destroy the competition we had. I still want that fire. But I don't want us to be friends." He stepped closer, his eyes brimming with desperation.

"I want to be yours. I want to be the man you run to when things get tiring. I want to be your duo in every game you think is interesting." Connor stopped just four feet away from you, his chest heaving as he confessed every bit of his being to you.

"I may have been your rival in a way, but I'll make sure I'll give my everything into being the man you deserve. Just.. just give me a chance." He pleaded, wanting to reach out to you and touch you.

He couldn't believe that some other guy got to confess first to you when he should've been the only one that was allowed to.

Connor didn't even understand why you were so angry. He just wanted to be yours.

"You.. you idiot..." You whispered softly, taking a step closer to him.

He blinked, closing the distance between you two with just one big step as he wrapped his arms around you.

He buried his face into your hair, then the crook of your neck as his arms caged around your waist.

"I've got you... I finally got you." He whispered hoarsely, bringing his lips to your temple before pulling back slightly.

"I haven't even said anything yet." You retorted, teasing him.

"Right... Right, yes. S-Say something then. Reject me. Or.. don't. Please..." He pleaded again, looking into your eyes.

A chuckle escaped your lips at his words. He was being a nervous wreck at the moment, and it didn't suit him at all.

"I.. want to be yours too, Connor." With that, you bridged the gap between you two and brought your lips to his.

He couldn't believe it at first.

In response, his lips crashed against yours in a swift as he kissed you fervently.

His hands ran along the strands of your hair as he deepened it, his tongue seeking entry into your mouth.

You groaned in return, but eventually opened up a little to give way to his tongue.

It was getting hot despite the cold temperature of the night. And you were enjoying every bit of it.

When the two of you pulled away, he sighed softly. His eyes were a different gaze now.
