General Hux x Reader- After his death.
Warnings: Death, physical abuse, injury, sadness.
You move in bed. There's some weight besides you on the opposite side of the bed. You then feel him wrap his arms around you, embracing you. You moan lazily, your legs entangling with his, your lips brush against the delicate skin of his chest. His embrace was warm and tender, you feel his hot breath hit your scalp, and his laboured breathing. He was just as bare as you, from the intimate moments both of you shared last night. His touch, his company, his voice, his affection, made it seem as if everything was alright. Nothing ever mattered when you both were together. Time just passed you by and you didn't even seem to notice. You feel his lips brush against yours, his embrace against you become warmer. He nibbles your bottom lip, gently, and kisses you just how you liked. You smile in the kiss.
"Armitage" you called out, he turned around. You were suddenly on a new planet. It was Arkanis. Hot, and sunny at times. There was some greenery as well and also rains. "The sun makes me cranky" Hux said, and you chuckled looking at him. This was his last visit at his home planet. You walk with him, your footsteps echoing the area. He takes a look at you and smiles. His smile was the most beautiful thing in the galaxy. His orange hair shined so elegantly in the sun. "What?" you whispered smiling back at him. He looked away, trying to hide his smile. "Nothing." he responds, blushing a little. Suddenly, you hear blasters, screams, and Hux turns. There was nothing in sight. But you were now panicking from the unknown sounds. "We have to leave!" you heard Hux say, then your vision goes blank.
Another blaster noise, and you vision returns, you were running on the bridge, the Starkiller was collapsing, systems failing. Officers on the stations around you were frantically pacing, and some were yelling out orders. You felt someone grab your wrist, pulling you inside of a transport. You looked around, it was Hux, as you both sit in the transport. You hold him, cupping his cheeks as his face showed panic, and also fear. You sob, hugging him tightly. Your bottom lip quivers, you cried loudly now. When you looked at him again, it wasn't Hux anymore.
The young red headed child looked at you. His one eye bruised severely, a broken lip, with blood oozing out. He wore a loose navy blue sweater. His eyes were red, watery from all the crying. You could look through his mind, watching the vision of his father hit the little boy, while his friends laugh and mock him publicly. You hissed loudly when Armitage got kneed in the face by a bully, his nose turning red due to the impact. Your vision goes blank again, and when it returns, the little boy in front of you is now a man. Still on his knees, with a busted lip, as the Hologram of Snoke lights before him. "My disappointment in you cannot be overstated." you hear Snoke say as Hux's head hangs low in shame. It wasn't his fault when the Resistance took down a dreadnought, and it was all Snoke's plan.
"Y/N" you hear Hux whisper your name. You open your eyes, as he stood in front of you. His face showed his painful past, all of the childhood abuse, having no choice but to serve under his father and his aspirations, never knowing what affection was. You cup his cheek with your hand, your eyes watering as he smiled at you. "Miss me?" he asks, his voice echoing as he wiped at a tear on your cheek. In fact, you had. His eyes, lighting up with ambition, hope, anger and adrenaline. The moments you shared with him had made you attracted to his spirit, and everything he did in his power to become the most dangerous person.
You clutch on to him tightly, hugging him, burying your face in his chest. He made you felt complete, the missing space in your heart filling. But he didn't hug you back. You stayed like this for a while, parting from him, opening your eyes. His eyes were closed, he was lying flat on the floor of the bridge. You held him, looking at his emotionless face. Looking down, you spot a wound on his chest, a hole tearing through his uniform, into his skin and then capturing his heart. It was a blaster bolt, which was still bleeding. You grabbed his gloveless hand, it was cold, not warm and gentle like before. It didn't move at your touch, it didn't respond and grab at your hand. You feel giddy, your head spinning as you hold on to him.
All of your moments replay in your head. The nights you spent, the things you shared with him, the way you protected each other, made him feel loved like he never had felt anytime in his lifetime, and him making you his priority. His smile, his touches, his embrace, his voice, his little gestures, everything pierced through your heart like a dagger.
Your eyes open, you were in bed alone, clutching tightly to your pillow besides you. You didn't realize that you were crying in your sleep until you felt moisture on your cheeks. His scent was almost gone from the sheets. It had been days since he was deceased, leaving you alone in his bed. An empty part of your heart aching, as you ran a hand around the empty space besides you. No embrace, no lazy moans, no good morning kisses, no warm showers together anymore. It seemed as if his spirit was still around, watching you, dying to hold you and tell you how much he loved you all along. And you wished to do the same to him, if he were here. Only if he were here.
